A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. It includes directions to the villa, my contact information should you need anything during your stay; a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of Hilton Head restaurants/shopping.

Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in the top rated, oceanfront resort of Palmetto Dunes.
The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush, tropical plantings, curved walkways and water features.
This villa is on the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. The complex has 2 outdoor pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, sundecks, gas fire pit and grilling area. The complex also has an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness center.
Walking distance to bike rentals, restaurants and the General Store.
Keyless entry. Parking located under the building. 2 elevators.
Palmetto Dunes offers tennis, golf, walking/bike paths, 11 mile lagoon for canoeing and kayaking.

The property was so pretty and was very clean and well maintained. The ocean view was so nice, we actually watched a large pod of dolphin from the patio one morning.

Our stay at Carolyn’s Villamare condo was absolutely perfect. The interior of the condo was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and comfortable. The two balconies had nice ocean views. Carolyn was an outstanding host who made the entire process seamless with her fast and helpful communication. We would definitely book with her again.

Absolutely gorgeous condo with an incredible view…seriously Heavenly. I’m incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness of places I’m staying and this condo far exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was a great location with our one year old to be close to the beach but also have a pool. The shallow section of the pool was very family friendly. We enjoyed the lack of crowds after Labor day weekend. The host was an excellent communicator. It was just the right size for our small family.

My family loves this property - great location, clean, beautiful pool that is never too crowded, and easy beach access. Our room was clean and appeared as promised. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. The location to the beach was the reason we selected this unit, and we always love staying at Villamare. The interior was beautifully decorated, well stocked with all the essentials and more. The property manager was a delight to work with and was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful condo in Palmetto Dunes

We had a wonderful stay on Hilton Head! The condo was the nicest one we’ve stayed at in our four vacation trips there. The owner was very responsive and was great communicating with us during our stay. Excellent location, very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous beach getaway

Our week at Hilton Head in Carolyn’s condo was fantastic! The condo is spotless, spacious, well-appointed and has views of the ocean and beach from both bedrooms and the living room. We will definitely be staying there again!

This was our first time staying at Palmetto Dunes and it did not disappoint! The villa was absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect. Carolyn was a wonderful host. Great communication and attention to details. The villa was spotless, beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The king bed in the master was so comfortable! Loved the swivel gliders in front of the ocean view picture window. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was perfect! The ocean is steps away, the views were spectacular, the complex was very nice and the location was perfect. The condo was very comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Winter Break

This was a perfect getaway from winter in Ohio. The oceanfront views were beautiful, the condo was well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the beach and the paths. The owner was very responsive.
