A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. It includes directions to the villa, my contact information should you need anything during your stay; a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of Hilton Head restaurants/shopping.

Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in the top rated, oceanfront resort of Palmetto Dunes.
The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush, tropical plantings, curved walkways and water features.
This villa has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. It is steps to the beach, 2 outdoor pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, sundecks, gas fire pit and grilling area. The complex also has an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness center.
Walking distance to bike rentals, restaurants and the General Store.
Keyless entry. Parking located under the building. 2 elevators.
Palmetto Dunes offers tennis, golf, walking/bike paths, 11 mile lagoon for canoeing and kayaking.

Great place! Perfect for our family (4 adults/1 child). Right on the beach and pool area was amazing for our granddaughter. Centrally located for travel around the island. Clean, well stocked kitchen, huge bedrooms! Love the double balconies, one off each bedroom!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was a great location with our one year old to be close to the beach but also have a pool. The shallow section of the pool was very family friendly. We enjoyed the lack of crowds after Labor day weekend. The host was an excellent communicator. It was just the right size for our small family.

My family loves this property - great location, clean, beautiful pool that is never too crowded, and easy beach access. Our room was clean and appeared as promised. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back.

Winter Break

This was a perfect getaway from winter in Ohio. The oceanfront views were beautiful, the condo was well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the beach and the paths. The owner was very responsive.

Wonderful condo in Palmetto Dunes

We had a wonderful stay on Hilton Head! The condo was the nicest one we’ve stayed at in our four vacation trips there. The owner was very responsive and was great communicating with us during our stay. Excellent location, very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous beach getaway

Our week at Hilton Head in Carolyn’s condo was fantastic! The condo is spotless, spacious, well-appointed and has views of the ocean and beach from both bedrooms and the living room. We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect vacation!

The condo was perfect! The ocean is steps away, the views were spectacular, the complex was very nice and the location was perfect. The condo was very comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Lovely Oceanfront Condo

We had a wonderful stay here. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and have stayed in a lot of different places. Carolyn's condo was lovely. It was very clean, great location on the island with a terrific view! Despite the unusually cold temperatures over the Christmas Holiday, we had some wonderful walks on the beach!

Great Rental, Great Location

We loved our stay. Very clean, everything we needed. Was close to the pickleball center and store, so our kids were happy. Pool was a little crowded and needed a little more upkeep, but understand that its at the beach and hard to keep it crystal clear. Overall would come back.

Hilton Head Vacation

This property is very clean and the furnishings are up to date. The views of the beach are amazing and the unit is just steps away from the pool and the beach. The location offers shuttles to Shelter Cove shopping and restaurants from 8-9 daily so we never had to drive a car. We will be back !!!

Awesome Spring Break

Lovely condo and great location

We had an excellent time in Hilton head! The condo was clean, organized, updated and beautiful! The view was amazing and the location was absolutely perfect. Palmetto dunes is an ideal community for young families. Carolyn was wonderful to work with and very responsive and helpful! She also gives you an extensive list of great recommendations of things to do! We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome

1st, this is an exclusive gated community so security is never a concern. Also, it is in a centralized location with easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc.. making this property the most ideal place on the island. The owners are very service oriented and were extremely helpful in every step of booking and checkin process. The property is just beautiful. I cannot recommend this property enough. Highly recommended.
