Centrally located for a variety of destinations and pursuits, this vacation home is roomy, affordable, and well-maintained. Each of our residences is personally and individually decorated so you will be in a comfortable home. The spacious kitchen and breakfast bar are perfect for family style meals. The newly remodeled spa-style bathroom has an over-sized shower and a rain showerhead. A double sink vanity offers more room and convenience. The on site washer/dryer provides an extra convenience. Daily service to your accommodations allows you to concentrate on your vacation, not housekeeping.

A large covered deck off the front door offers mountain views of Glacier Park that are beyond belief and is a perfect place to dine, to start your day with morning coffee or to end your evening relaxing and viewing wildlife that inhabit the property. Paul Ranch was a great place to stay. It became our home for 3 days while experiencing Glacier National Park and Waterton National Park. We had 2 bedrooms and a nice size living room,large bathroom. There was a washer and dryer which came in handy. There was even detergent for you to use, which was a nice surprise. A well stocked kitchen. They even had spices, herbs and coffee for you. We made our breakfast and dinners here, since the rest of our trip was going to be in hotels. I would definitely recommend a stay at Paul Ranch. i recommend staying in the first bedroom instead of the master because this room has the better view. Its on a ranch and the view is wonderful. The stars at night were amazing. We also got daily visits from a bunny and chipmunk. Truly a great place for a home base to explore this amazing part of Montana.

Adjacent wetland conservation area, Birdwatching activities, Fire Pit for roasting hot dogs, toasting marshmallows, making s'mores. Complimentary for our guests: Private lakeshore cabin availible for day use (located on Lower St Mary Lake, 20 minutes from the Ranch), just 5 minutes from Glacier Park. On a private lot, it's a perfect spot for a day of swimming, fishing, picnicing, BBQ-ing, relaxing. A boat launch is available. If you are visiting Glacier for a few days and want to schedule a Day-at-the-Lake this would be perfect for family and friends. Reservations recommended.

Family friendly, great location, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect - only 30 min to Waterton and 15 to St. Mary's. The property is comfortable and has plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and there is a futon in the living room that my son slept on just fine. The decor is outdated, but the views and ranch location more than make up for it. We saw moose, cranes and deer on the property and spent hours sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and the alpaca. This is a great way to have a taste of ranch life without the work. The ranch managers were very nice and helpful and taught our sons all about alpaca ranching in Montana. Highly recommended!

Nice two bedroom house with lots of space. Bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. So gave our family of 4 some space. You can see the mountains out the kitchen window. Lovely ranch with alpacas and a llama nearby that you can see throughout the day. Nice front porch to sit out and look at the mountains. Fresh towels and clean up every day just like a hotel. Terry and Gene took great care of us and talked to us about the ranch and animals. We used this as our base for the East side of Glacier. Near the East Glacier entrance, Many and Waterton. Two Medicine isn't too far away either. We hiked 7 days in the various areas of the park. We did stay in the park at McDonald Lodge in a cabin when on the West side.

Babb is 5 minutes away. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Beautiful Location, Great Hosts, Perfect for our Family!

We love this location, the view of the mountains in Glacier, the ranch environment and the excellent hosts. While the home is dated, it worked great for our family of 5. It was clean and neat and the property is well maintained.

On top of all that, the hosts, Gene and Terry, are what makes this place work. They are real hosts that care about you and your stay. Having lived on the farm in the past and being one who loves the country life, I found Gene and Terry to be like good neighbors and are genuine in all they do.

If you are looking for a Hilton or Holiday Inn then go elsewhere. But if you want a taste of the country life in Montana, staying on a real ranch with surrounding ranches and a beautiful view of the mountains, then this is your place. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Peaceful, clean, convenient

Yes - this is a mobile home - and it was at the top of my list of favorite places we stayed during our month away from home (Waterton, Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Badlands). After sharing walls and having people walk above our heads in crowded hotels, I found the Wagon Wheel to be a welcome relief. We stayed in some beautiful historic hotels within the parks, but none offered the peace and quiet, the spaciousness, and the convenience of having a kitchen and a laundry room. Gene and Terry were so welcoming and just a joy to be around. It was so clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. Loved the alpacas and the view, and especially appreciated the attention to detail - such as providing binoculars and bear spray. I highly recommend this property.

The property is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the Ranch and the Many Glacier area.

We really wanted to be close to the Many Glacier area where it is dificult to get lodging as convenient as Paul Rancho. Our choice definitely made our beautiful vacation posible.

Our family loved the stay at the Wagon Wheel cabin. The beds were full size and very confortable, although queen beds would make for a better rest. The kitchen is fully equipped, absolutely nothing missing. And if hiking is in your agenda you will find the washer and dryer so very handy. We absolutely appreciated the daily housekeeping! Just great to come back from a long day at the park and find hotel like fresh towels and dishes put away. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, even had cookies for us.

Internet is limited and some small decoration renovations could add to the pleasure of the stay. We would love to come back for a longer stay. I highly recommend it. It is a no frills, well maintained house with a gorgeous view.
