A perfect place for skiing Purg

The house is great for families with active kids. It is very convenient to grab the shuttle for a fast trip to the resort if you don’t want to drive.

Very nice home

We had 2 families stay in this home for a ski trip. Really enjoyed the two master suites one upstairs one downstairs and plenty of room to hang out. The pool table and hot tub were great for everyone as well. Location was perfect. Shuttle was easy to use to get to the mountain. Overall, a great day in Durango.

Winter Wonderland!

This house is flawless! The location, the beautiful backyard with hot tub, the kitchen supplies, the comfortable beds… all perfect for our family ski vacation. The shuttle service was fantastic as well to get to the slopes daily. Management was very quick to reply- A+! We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed in this beautiful home in July with some family friends of ours (plenty of room for our 8 guests in total). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, creating new memories. The best part (aside from the views) was how quiet it was. This home is within walking distance of Purgatory ski resort which offers some additional Summer activities. We took advantage of some local hiking near the home, rented some side by sides from the resort and finished each day with a soak in the hot tub. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Durango!.

Amazing Ski Trip

We just returned from a 3 day ski trip and had the best time at this house. We had two families with 5 kids total and the house fit us perfectly. The kids loved the pool table, pac man and we all loved the hot tub. The convenience to the Purgatory was amazing! We definitely will be returning.

Excellent location

Enjoyed our week long stay in winter. Management was quick to respond to small issues with property. We had tons of snow while there and just the right amount of space behind property to play in the snow for a 2 and 5 year old. The upstairs cable railing did make me a little nervous with small children, though.

Very Nice place, great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Twilight for a week over New Years. We had 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids, it fit our group perfectly. The house was well stocked with plenty of starter supplies like TP, paper towels, dish and laundry soap. It was also well stocked in kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot and had mostly everything we needed. VRC even brought us a crock pot when we needed one. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had no issues with the house itself, everything was nice, new, clean and worked properly. Our kids spent most of their time playing in the gorgeous property out back in the snow or playing pool or ping pong. We had plans to go do activities, but the kids opted for staying at the house and playing. For skiing, this house is the best location! There is a free shuttle you call that will pick you up at the door and drop you right at the base of the mountain. It’s about a 35 min drive to Main Street Durango, which we did several times. Worth going to the shops and restaurants there. Highly recommend this house that is directly across the street from Purgatory and in the cutest neighborhood!

Wonderful!!!!

Our stay at 29 Nordic Ct was absolutely amazing!! The house is new, very clean and perfect location for anything you might want to do in Durango. It’s about a 30-40 minute to downtown for shopping and dining. There is a great general store down there road that has all the basics you might need. My kids loved the pool table and arcade games. We all really enjoyed the hot tub and views from our back patio. We also enjoyed being across the road from Purgatory for all skiing and snow mobile tours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We would come back to this house in a heart beat!

Wonderful property but only sleeps 8

This home was beautiful, new, and clean. We liked the location. However we had 10 people and it only sleeps 8, maybe 9 if you squish. The room with 4 twins does have 4 twins, but 2 are in the trundle beds and there is no room to pull them out. If you push both beds to the wall and closet you can get one bed out but it's super tight with no room for anything else. I'm not sure why they would even put those beds in that small room. The only other complaint is that the pantry and some closets are locked, so there is not a lot of space for your food and clothing. We loved the home otherwise. The pool/ping pong table and the hot tub were great. There is lots of sitting in the kitchen. Not a lot in the living room. Great place but should say it sleeps 8.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review. We are so glad you enjoyed the property and your stay! After reading your comments, we checked for ourself and are in agreement with you that rolling out both trundles is too tight. We are updating our listing to reflect just one trundle bed and a max occupancy of 9. A couple of closets are locked for our housekeeping crew to keep extra sets of linens, towels, etc in there and our homeowner has a few personal items in there as well. We do apologize that creates less space for storing. We're so glad you loved the home and its amenities! It was such a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!
