Small condo nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. Property has full small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds. single pull-out sleeper in LR, very small dining area with 4 stools. Condo is located just a short walk from swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, kayak/canoe rentals, mini golf, rose walk trail, kids' playground, gift shop/coffee shop, Stuart Auditorium, Memorial Chapel, Corneille Bryan Garden. Minutes from Lake Junaluska Golf Course, Maggie Maggie Valley Country Club, Waynesville Country Club, several downtown areas with unique dining and shopping, Tony’s Tube World and Cataloochee Ski Area. 30 Minute drive to Asheville (Biltmore House)
or Cherokee (Harrah’s Casino). Includes use of 1 kayak w/ cart & daily pool pass for 4 guests (in season). Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, tabletop outdoor gas grill (gas included), crock pot, George Foreman indoor grill, pots/pans, toaster, toaster oven, baking sheets, hand mixer, plates/cups/silverware, paper products, all bathroom/bedding/kitchen linens. Small amenities/toiletries (easily forgotten at home) are available. Front porch is great for your morning coffee or late afternoon quiet time and there is a back stoop with small patio area. Heated with baseboard heat and cooled with window air conditioner units. Self check-in with keyless entry. Free Wifi and ROKU TV access Please note there is no dishwasher. *Coffee, creamer, tea, sugar, snacks and other small kitchen necessities are included.

Most activities and venues at Lake Junaluska Conference Ctr are within walking distance. Please note there are steps to access the property. 9 steps to front sidewalk and 3 steps to porch. See pics.

The best location - seriously, if you haven't been to Lake Junaluska, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Lisa is a very thoughtful host who was always quick to respond if we had a question. The condo is very comfortable and easy to love.

The Landing is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the Native Garden, which was very close. And, we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch. Lisa is a kind and considerate host.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and the host, Lisa, kept in contact to be sure we were fine and had what we needed. I would highly recommend this property to others. Lake Junaluska is beautiful and has many activities to do and places to visit. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. within a short driving distance.

The landing is an amazing piece of heaven at Lake June Alaska! Lisa has made it such a comfortable and cozy place. She has provided many amenities that make it even more wonderful including a pool pass paper products, snack snacks, etc. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was and how attentive Lisa was! My place is centrally located between Cherokee and Asheville. It is a short drive to many attractions but is also a short walk to all the amenities that the conference center properties offer.
