La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this new villa with a pool and 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of La Couarde-sur-Mer and the cycle paths and 150 metres from the market.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and the pool.

The garden has patios, a wooden terrace and garden furniture for 8 people.

Private parking for 3 vehicles.

The house is non-smoking.

The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).

The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.

The tourist tax is included.
