The Space:

The Centrale of Île de Ré offers this newly renovated villa, ideal for a family or friends' stay, with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.



Located just 20 metres from the Place des Tilleuls, the house enjoys a privileged location, in the immediate vicinity of the La Noue market and cycle paths, and 600 metres from the beach.



You will find everything you need just a stone's throw away: bakery, pizzeria, three restaurants, dairy shop, cheese shop, poultry shop, tobacconist, Ré biscuit shop, tourist office, post office, shops, hairdresser and beautician.

The La Noue market and the covered market of Sainte-Marie (Antioch square) are open all year round, to enjoy local products in all seasons.



Nestled at the end of a dead-end alleyway, the villa offers a very peaceful environment, with no through traffic. Its south-facing aspect provides it with great natural brightness, which is particularly pleasant in the living area.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October and has an automatic sliding wooden terrace for safety or to extend the terrace.

The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the water temperature of the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the swimming pools.



SERVICES INCLUDED :

The end-of-stay interview is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.



The accommodation tax is not included



The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
