Beautiful house but poor experience

They advertise the boat lift but it didn’t work when we got there and then we were then told we were not allowed to utilize it. They did get it working for us around day 6 however still disappointed in the lack of communication. Our boat had to be tied to the side of the dock and got all dinged up. There were a lot of broken things around the house, ie doors, locks and even a bed Frame. We notified the owners immediately upon arrival and they just said thanks. We also found dirty under wear and other clothing items under the beds which tells me their cleaners are not doing a thorough cleaning job. The house and area are beautiful for a family stay however I would bring or be prepared to purchase some items. We had only a few wash cloths and no toilet paper or paper towels, or trash bags for the house. We went and bought everything. As a fellow property manager I am dissatisfied with the lack of response we received from them to remedy any of the issues.

Excellent Vacation Rental

I booked this home as a fun yet relaxing break from the cold winter in the midwest. Our group contained me and my wife, my brother and his wife, two sisters and my father. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The property manager was helpful, and responded very promptly whenever we reached out. I highly recommend this location!!

Family connection

Family got together for a long weekend and we were only a short walk to the local residence. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the pool and outside area.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house had all the things that you would need or want. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and my older kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend staying here again.

Good Location

Although we knew it was a 45-60 minute drive to the beaches, it was a great location on the water close to Tampa Bay. The house was plenty large enough for the large family we had there. It is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, fishing, Tampa and several beaches on the Gulf Coast. There was plenty to do at the house like swim, fish, read, play games, watch TV, ect. The only thing that the family commented on was the house and some of the furniture was dated and the mattresses were hard. Overall, our trip here was very nice.

Spring break stay

The floorplan was perfect for an extended family. Our teen aged grandkids had their own much needed separate space... Kitchen was well stocked Barbecue availability was something we hadn't had at other VRBOs and worked well. The pool was nice and the spa/hot tub was great! Communication w management was easy. The location was perfect for day trips and quiet family nites.

Great Experience

Excellent location in the Apollo Beach neighborhood, with less than a five-minute drive to a dozen restaurants and similar access to Publix, it is easy to get-a-away from it all here. West-facing pool and patio make for great sunsets.

Apollo beach house

Pictures were accurate representation of the house. We had 11 people staying there and plenty of room to hang out. Neighborhood is nice plus quiet. Close to manatee viewing center and grocery store. Owner and property manager very responsive

Paradise Getaway

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was perfect! The house had plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved the game room and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Having our own private dock was such a treat! The owners were super responsive and kind. I would stay again for sure and hope to in the future!

Perfect House

Fantastic place to rent! Communication was fantastic through our whole stay. Beautiful view of the water from the hot tub and pool. Peaceful neighborhood. We loved having coffee on the dock right out the back door, relaxing in the pool, and ending the evenings in the hot tub. Apollo Beach is close to so many things. This house was perfect for the “lazy” or “stormy” days with so many things to do right in the house, like puzzles, games, piano, basketball & foosball. Highly recommend!

Amazing Week!

Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We had an amazing week at your property! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We caught several fish off your pier and were visited by dolphins a few times right at the pier! We took a charter with Titan Fishing Charters of Tampa Bay! Captain Jesse was awesome! Beautiful home

This is one of the most beautiful homes that we have stayed in so far. Immaculate, easy access to the property. Well kept pool, and easy to get to the dock. Entertainment and food all around. Would definitely recommend this property.

Spring Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 10 stay (4 adults with 6 17-20 year olds. The pool area with hot tub is great. The kids fished off the dock and even caught a few. The canals were awesome to Kayak. Neighborhood very quiet.

Great vacation place for a larger group

Wonderful Family Trip!

This property was large, clean, super comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly as we walked the streets and our hosts were incredible! Einav and Ron were the ultimate in attentive hosts. We had only one glitch, that was nobody's fault, and I have never stayed in a place where the hosts responded so quickly. They were there to make everything right and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. There were 9 of us. Three generations in one house, but the layout of the house is great for just that. It gives you ample room to do your own thing, even if you are all under one roof. You can be in the kitchen getting a snack, in one of the 2 living rooms watching TV, or in one of the 2 dining rooms playing board games, taking a nap in one of the 4 bedrooms, or enjoying the big pool and spacious screened in pool area. You never feel crowded. We are definitely coming back to this house! Thank you so much Einav and Ron! you made our stay so very special!

Apollo Beach VRBO

The owners and property manager were responsive and great to work with. Unfortunately, there are a few neighbors who are very upset about VRBOs and make it their mission to create issues for some renters. We also rented and boat and made great use of the dock and pool area. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Apollo Beach Stay on the Water

We had an excellent stay at Einav and Ron’s property in their quite Apollo Beach neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of 7 (from 2 elementary school aged children to my parents and aunt). The pool and spa were enjoyed daily by all, and the dock access was perfect as we could keep a boat there, as well as use the kayaks often. The house has everything we needed inside - we enjoy cooking so we took full advantage of the big kitchen and grill, and there are plenty of spots for everyone to have their own space in between stints in the pool. Ron and Einav were both extremely responsive to all of our questions and even came over to help us figure out the spa controls (which turned out to be quite simple in the end). Many good streets to explore on runs or walks too. Additionally, the house was just a few minutes drive from everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, marina), as well as places we wanted to visit (the manatee viewing area and the lovely sea turtle rescue center, the beach, etc.). Easy access to the airport. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Apollo Beach area!
