We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. Your comments will be shared with our housekeeping team, and we will replace or refresh anything that is not in perfect condition. Regarding pests, we have an ongoing professional pest control service, as Florida’s climate can attract insects year-round. That said, based on your feedback, we have already requested an additional treatment for both the house and garage. The bites you mentioned are most likely from no-see-um mosquitoes, which are common in Florida, especially in the evenings. We always recommend using bug spray when visiting the area to help prevent bites. As for your comment about the neighbors, due to a small number of previous guests who misbehaved and offended them, a few neighbors are not particularly welcoming toward short-term guests. However, this has no impact on our current or future guests, and many visitors continue to enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay in the neighborhood. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can address them promptly, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy the quiet surroundings and complete your trip.
