The home was great ! The view was absolutely beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. Great restaurants near by and lots of things to do within a short drive. Close to Tampa where you can enjoy the zoo, aquarium and Busch Gardens. Fishing charters were close to the house as well and fishing from the dock was great also. Right from the house you could see sting rays, dolphins and one day a manatee came for a visit. Any house questions or concerns were taken care of quickly but the house manager. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Family downtime

This location was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and clean. The views from the patio are some of the best we have seen and we travel a bunch. There were dolphins that visited a couple of times a day and we were lucky enough to see the fireworks since we stayed for the Fourth of July. There are several restaurants nearby that we enjoy and the house was stocked very well so we were able to cook as a family. If we are in the area again this is where we will stay. Thanks!

Great Visit

The house was terrific. There were nine of us from ages 6-78 and we had a great time. It is off the beaten path in a good way but with easy access to Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater. But you can also avoid the traffic here. The setup is great. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Lots of seating. Very comfortable.

Everything was good. We had one issue that was addressed. We wish there were notes on how to work the surround sound and lighting the outdoor fire pit. loved the place, association has some weird rules, 1000.00 fine if you make noise outside after 10pm no parking on the house side of street just a bunch of weird stuff few NEVER had an issue though so ALL AND ALL a great place

Our place is in a residential subdivision and the neighbors have had some poor experiences with all night partying- hence the rule. Also, the no parking rule on the house side of the street is to make sure that emergency vehicles have easy access to homes in the subdivision( all homes are on the same side). Take care! Dee

Beautiful Views.

This property was amazing. The favorite part for the entire family was the sunsets. We were able to see manatee, dolphins, stingray, hammerhead shark, bull shark and much more!! The only downside: There were lots of bugs: mosquitos and flying ants.

Relaxing!

The home was perfect for our family and friends to spend quality time together. The patio, pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time. The sunsets were amazing! There is plenty of space for 2 families to be together and also have privacy. The owner and property manager were great to work with and responded immediately when we had any questions.

Beautiful home but had some issues

We were disappointed that the speaker system didn't work. We also wanted to pay to have the pool heated. It finally happened on the last full day we were there. We stayed there a week. That was not great considering the pool temp was around 75 degrees. Too cold!

Unfortunately the pool heater had an issue with the temperature gauge. We were able to get it replaced for the guests to enjoy the heated pool Thursday and Friday. As we don’t offer a heated pool but guests can pay the extra gas usage costs, it was unforeseen. The sonos house music system seemed to be offline and wasn’t able to get corrected in time for guests to use during the stay.

Fantastic family vacation spent in a beautiful home

My family visited to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The home was beautiful, and the views were even better in real life than in the pictures. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. My kids have already asked to go back :-) I would recommend this home 100%!!!

Property manager was attentive and very responsive, without being intrusive. Great job.

Loved the location. Watched manatees swimming past (and under!) the dock. Dolphins, pelicans and an osprey made appearances. Patio with pool and hot tub was great place to hang out. The “fire bar” was fun and relaxing in the evenings. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished.

Family Getaway Basking in the Bay

We spent a week in this wonderful location on Tampa Bay. We were lucky and had wonderful weather the entire stay. The house was fantastic! The place was exceptionally clean, check in was easy and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and pots and pans needed. The appliances were new and fully operational. The management was very responsive and accomodating even in the midst of the pandemic. The location is close to a marina which made boat rental very convenient. The house also supplied all of the linens, towels and bedding. We had a wonderful time at this prime location!

Escaping the MN snow!

Great house. We had 8 people staying here for spring break. Everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen was well appointed. We saw dolphins, manatees and string rays on the pier. The house manager Lori was great! She even let us borrow a huge pot to do a low country boil for my son’s 15th birthday. Circles, Finn’s and the Vineyard Italian restaurant are great and right down the street. Thanks for the great spring break!

The house was beautiful and the view was outstanding. The one criticism is the TV. We were not able to access much because the cable selection was awful and it was very confusing to use. There were no channels to view sporting events or watch current sitcoms or news shows, so it was limited. The area is not too conducive for shopping and beach getaways.

Marti Thank you for your review and I’m glad everyone enjoyed their stay! I apologize that connecting to the YouTube Tv was difficult. The YouTube Tv subscription offers over 100 channels on all the TVs in the home. TNT is offered. The Samsung TV Plus also offers cable channels and guests can access both navigating on the TVs main home page. Directions to access YouTube Tv is in the welcome book. There is a beach within walking distance to the house. It’s 0.8 miles away. Bahia beach is 15 min away. Apollo Beach sits within 45 minutes of top rated beaches.

Fantastic property

We took a golf trip to Tampa, FL over the Feb 28th weekend and chose to stay in the Apollo Beach area. Property was very clean and the owner was very accommodating. We were granted an early check in as well as a late check with no issues. Check in-check out process was flawless. The property itself was picture perfect. Plenty of space for 8 adults and furnished with everything we can ask for. We ended up using the hot tub, the grill, as well as the pool for a bit as it was bit cool. The Sonos sound system in the house was easy to access and we were able to play and project our music both indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this property. We had a blast and if we head back to the Tampa area, we would certainly look to book this location again.

Tremendous Pool and Views!

Pros:Pool and Views of Tampa Bay. Incredible. From watching storms light up the bay, to seeing dolphins, pelicans, and sunsets. Absolutely fantastic. So comfortable to watch from the pool.Property manager very communicative. We had issues with the fireplace (which got fixed promptly), the internet went down in a storm (she directed me eventually to the outlet that got tripped). Was very helpful while respecting our privacy.Plenty of items in the house. From towels (including for the pool), to basic food items, serving items, etc. Very nice to have a gated community. Was very quiet. We played a radio during the day (not too loud) and it didn't bother anyone. A couple from England was on holiday at the house next door and they were friendly and we talked together.ConsThere was construction that had to be done in neighboring houses. A fence was put up right next door when we were there and some roofing was going on. But it never was too bothersome. We actually talked with some of the contractors. Overall fantastic house with the major selling point being the pool and the views over Tampa Bay.

We fell in love with Tampa and Apollo Beach during our visit in 2019.
We chose this gorgeous home in Apollo Beach because of its spectacular location on Tampa Bay and proximity to all the attractions the Tampa area has to offer.

We are delighted that Lori Maynard who is a Superhost on AirBNB manages our property for us . She will primarily address all communication regarding our house.
