Patty was very attentive. Comfortable home in fantastic location. During the week we would see sharks, manatees, rays, dolphin - all passing under the dock. Fishing poles provided so guys had fun fishing, but only ladyfish were caught, so nothing edible. Fun time for multi-generational family.

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!! First the view is incredible with 180 degree views of Tampa Bay. The sunsets you see are the best we’ve seen in years! This house is so spacious for a large family reunion or vacation. The BEST well equipped home we’ve ever had. They had literally everything we needed. The house manager Patty answers all your questions! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing place!

We had a tremendous stay at Apollo Beach. Patty was a perfect property manager and the house was beautiful and extremely well equipped - books, games, kitchen supplies, tools and appliances, everything! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed the dolphins and manatees swimming by the dock.

Very Nice place to stay

It was just the two of us and this is a large house. We had a wonderful time staying there. It was very clean and comfortable. Patty was also very nice to work with. I will like to stay here again on other trips.

Winter Getaway

It was perfect for us and our friends and family. Plenty of room and Patty was great and in communication with us if we needed anything. Pool and Spa were great. We had a great stay very accommodating. We did not have any trouble with any neighbors and was a very peaceful stay. Beautiful house, we saw manatees, sharks, dolphins and rays. Overall loved our stay.

Beautiful sunrises, and beautiful sunsets.

There was nothing you could want for cooking in the kitchen. They had everything. Beautiful views very nice home.

Christmas 2022 on the Bay!

Our family had a wonderful time relaxing on the Bay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the best things though was our wonderful hostess, Patti! She started communicating with me early and often before our arrival. Although not all of the family was able to make it (darn you Storm Elliot) she made sure we had everything we needed, including picking up a grocery order and making sure we understood how to heat the spa!!! We will definitely come back again in the future!! Thank you Thank you Patti!

Great setting for a family getaway

We travelled for a family wedding in Tampa and decided on this property for the space it offered and the bedroom configurations. Also the view and sunset watching. It did not disappoint! The house was very clean, the beds and furniture comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The back patio and pool were beautiful and we enjoyed a week’s worth of stunning sunsets. Was great to have the bikes to get around and spent lots of time watching the dolphins and manatees going by. Drive to Tampa took about 30 minutes. The house manager Patty was terrific to deal with. Super responsive and helpful. She made everything easy. Would recommend this property.

Pros and cons

Pros: The house was just the right size for us; 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Large kitchen. On the bay with a dock for fishing. Convenient location. Nice pool and hot tub. Cons: Bugs. Can’t leave any food on kitchen counter. We bought two boxes of donuts that we set on the kitchen counter and the next morning when we were going to eat them they were swarming with little red ants. There are no-see-ums that ate us alive. There was a dead lizard in one of the showers when we arrived. The pool vacuum was in pieces in the pool when we arrived. Numerous pool chairs are ripped. The garage and connecting breezeway are full of stuff that should be cleaned out. It’s a two car garage but only one car fits due to the amount of things stored inside. The refrigerator is hot to the touch (that’s not normal!) The master bath shower head leaks constantly. The sliding door on the downstairs bedroom doesn’t lock.

All I can say is WOW. This house checked all the boxes. Even with a tropical storm, the weather recovered and we enjoyed the absolutely breathtaking views from this home. Bedrooms, great. Bathrooms, great. Location, great. Views, great. House manager, great. It was seriously one of the best vacations our family had the pleasure of enjoying. Do not miss this opportunity!

Great And Relaxing Vacation

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this location is! The pictures on the site do not do this place justice! We arrived on Saturday morning to a breathtaking view of Tampa Bay and a definite home away from home! The home was clean ,gorgeous and stocked with everything you can imagine to cook with in an amazing kitchen! Patty the House Manager stopped and chatted with us! She is amazing and I look forward to dealing with her in the future! She recommended restaurants shops and Golfing locations! She truly loves helping her customers and it shows! The pool area is amazing! We spent most our afternoons hanging out there enjoying drinks fun and laughs! Sunsets are spectacular! We saw dolphins, Manatees and Sting Rays all wishing feet of the pier! Patty recommend we try Circles for dinner and it does not disappoint! This has become one of our favorite vacation spots we can not wait to revisit !

Nice house great view

We rented the house because the entire pool could be heated not just the whirlpool. Though in a private gated area stores, parks and restaurants are close. Two are within walking distance and better than average.

24/7 Surveillance by the next door living neighbor.!

The house itself, is amazing. It have everything you can imagine. The surrounding of the home is on a constant surveillance and any little detail you will be notify. The home is set up to relax and rest during your vacation. So if that what you are looking for, then just perfect. We personally would not be paying too much to just sleep. We had to do a late check in since we were traveling long hours. We had boat and by the time we arrived, everything was closed to have it park. Unfortunately we had to park it in the driveway when we weren’t supposed to, but either that or had it park outside the community in an empty lot where any one can steal it. The next morning we received a phone call from management about it because the HOA had call. Very understandable, however, we had to park our boat with trailer at the marina because they have a boat dock, but you aren’t allowed to park the boat at the dock overnight. You have to launch and bring back to the parking lot the same day. The home have a ordinance noise rules, very understandable like any other residence when you have neighbors around, but one thing I didn’t like was if you wanted to have a late night sitting outside, you cannot do. Even with a whisper you aren’t allowed. The neighbor surveillance’s 24/7. I mean we had new travelers who arrived couple days after us to enjoy their vacation and every penny they were paying for, of which we didn’t had a problem at all but all the considerable noise made, our rental will get a phone call. If we are talking about communication from management, trust me you will get it in here. Not to mention, couple days we arrived, we starting to get a funky smell in the garage. Later we found out both garbage bins were full. We had made reservation for many days so our garbage had to be managed and even some was taken with us after check out. To avoid leaving any next to bins and then be an issue as well. At one point, we got a text saying the neighbor have informed management the garage door have been open the entire day. We have just arrived in a stormy weather and the garage was our only access to the home. Obviously we had to open it to access the home. It’s very frustrating when you are vacationing and on a constant basis you are getting bored. Not a happy one! If you are looking to sleep on your vacation, this will be the perfect home. We wouldn’t stay again! Out of many similar home rental we have been, this one was an unpleasant experience!

True 5 Star... Luxurious yet comfortable... Exceeded every expectation

There are not enough words or time to relay how incredible this location is and how attentive the property team are. I know I am leaving things out as there are so many great things to say, but I will do my best to relay our amazing experience (please know, as nice as the pictures are, they do not do this home justice... truth is it is actually so much better in person..!). THE TEAM: We were impressed from the day we made the reservation. This was our first time working direct with Evolve Vacation Rentals. Super easy website and professional representatives. A personal note of thanks goes to Patty, the house manager. She is so outgoing and communicates everything quickly. Patty genuinely cared about our experience and clearly went out of her way to help make sure this beautiful home was clean, comfortable and welcoming (we can't thank her enough for this - she made this family reunion trip a worry free vacation - simply stated, Patty is a rock star..!). THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Delightful upscale location that is awake during the day, quiet at night. Close to stores, restaurants, and beaches. THE HOME: The home, itself, is just too incredible to list any one quality over another (it was perfect all around). INDOOR: Every bedroom is cozy and inviting (TV, fan, perfect amount of space). Kitchen has every amenity to cook and entertain. Family area big enough for family to watch shows OR play games. Bathrooms super clean and spacious. OUTDOOR: The infinity pool overlooking the big water of Tampa Bay was amazing. The pool was warm yet refreshing (in other words perfect). We even did a little fishing at the end of the pier. OUR FAVORITE MOMENTS: Watching the dolphins swim by (anywhere from a couple feet away to a few yards out), watching breathtaking sunsets (freshly blended margaritas not required BUT highly recommended), taking night time swims, and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. A HEARTFELT THANK YOU: We had 9 people in our party (my family of 5 - children 20, 25 & 25 - and 4 grandparents). In this day, with busy schedules and various stress factors in life we were thrilled to bring 3 generations together to be a family (laugh, talk, share, play, and relax). I can not thank Patty and Evolve enough for the life long memories they helped us make this past week. All good things come to an end (and this home was nothing short of great), but we look forward to coming back again. This location instantly became our new favorite place to talk about going back to. Perfect location, great house

Our group of two couples and two adults was looking for a up-scale house with an ocean view in a quiet neighbourhood. If that is what you are looking for, you need look no further. The house was large, easily accommodating six adults without everyone getting underfoot; the view to the ocean from the patio was so peaceful. The peaceful part was particularly relevant as our week's stay coincided with the realization that the coronavirus was not to be taken lightly. The kitchen is well equipped, although, as usual in rental homes, the sharpness and quality of the kitchen knives had room for improvement. This deficiency was easily made up for by the view. The house is as described, the property manager was responsive and accommodated our early checkin and late departure (thank you Patty), and there is a shopping complex within 6 minutes drive.

Beautiful Ocean Vista

This property in Apollo Beach was a gem. The disappearing edge pool was a highlight- watching the sunsets in the hot tub was so relaxing. Suitable for adults - maybe not so much for those with young kids as there is no beach access. The locals are very friendly. The property manager was very responsive and handled our needs immediately. Great place for a family reunion.

Beautiful home!!

My family of six stayed here for a week for our daughters soccer tournament and we all really enjoyed it. Plenty of space and clean! It worked out great cause my mother in law has a bad knee and wasn't able to climb stairs so she stayed in the bedroom downstairs(although there is about 10 stairs going from the garage to the house but she just took her time and used the handrail).She loved waking up to the view of the bay in the mornings. We have 3 teenagers and they all loved the hot tub and walking out on the dock and looking into the water beneath them. They always got excited when they found some kind of creature. They saw a large crab, sting ray, horseshoe crab, blowfish and even a small hammer head shark! Such fun since we don't get to see those kind of things in Oklahoma. Since we were visiting for our daughters soccer tournament it was nice to use the washer and dryer. We were able to park our car in the garage by using the keypad. I think it would have been nice to have been able to use a garage opener cause someone would always have to get out of the car to open/close the door. Wasn't much fun trying to punch the code in when it rained. Overall we would absolutely stay here again!! Great memories were made!!!!

Bayside view house in Apollo Beach

We were 3 couples and we really enjoyed the house, location, and especially the pool. I want to send an extra special comment about Patty, our contact for the property. She was unbelievable, so willing to help us with anything, responsive, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property.
