Ski In & Quick walk to Slope! Great Views of Mt CB

3 bedroom 2.5 baths sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a king in the second bedroom with private deck, two XL twins in the third and a queen sleeper sofa. There are several balconies in which to enjoy the views, a gas fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen. There is also a community hot tub and grill.

Great location for summer or winter! Easy walk to the lifts and ski home or in summer take the lift up the mountain and then hike the peak. Mountaineer Square is a very close walk and it has great shops and restaurants. We are also very close to the free bus stop that will take you into Crested Butte.

Enjoy the free summer outdoor concert series in the base area. It is a short walk for kids of all ages down to the base in the summer for the excellent biking, adventure, hiking, zip-lining, and disc-golfing camps, plus panning for gemstone and putt-putt golf

Maybe skiing isn't your thing or you want to pamper yourself a bit. Well, within walking distance from the condo is the Elevation Spa, which features a day pass for $25 or $50 for the week and includes a hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center, and 3 tranquility rooms

There is a garage parking space for 1 car and a parking pass for another vehicle in the parking lot

Great place to stay

Everything about this place is perfect. Walk to & from ski mountain was short, even when carrying skis and boots. Very convenient walk to catch the town shuttle as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect

The condo was lovely with nice views of the slopes. The kitchen and baths were the most well-stocked of any place we’ve ever stayed. We were beyond pleased with everything.

Wonderful!

The condo was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! It is new construction and was beautifully built. The living area is large with a beautiful fireplace and plenty of room for family/friend time. The location is an easy walk to the slopes. Would highly recommend to others and we will definitely stay there again.

Great place near the lifts.

The location and apartment was great. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans for cooking. It is located on the CB mountain village, which is about 15min drive to the main town. There is a free shuttle that goes to town every 15/20 minutes. Very convenient. The host was very helpful, we arrived early into CB and they were accomodating in an early check-in. We would definitely stay here again and thank you again for sharing your lovely home.

New, clean & perfectly located

We had a great stay! The condo is extremely clean & well-stocked. Having the garage to store ski gear is very handy. Location is perfect. Easy walk to slopes, you’ll be there in less than 5 minutes. Wendy & James are hands-down the most attentive property managers we have EVER had. All communication was fast, helpful & kind. No question, we’ll stay here again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time in Crested Butte. This condo is great and we were well taken care of by the staff. We had a slight hiccup with the security codes and it was rectified right away. No big deal. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is IT. Look no further.

This was such a great place to stay. Very close to the red lady lift. Once you had all your equipment you could either valet at the lift or take it back to your condo and store in the ski locker in the garage. The condo was perfect. It was very well stocked with all the basic necessities (toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, seasonings, etc) No Keurig so, plan for that. Does have a regular coffee pot but a Keurig would be perfect for those who don’t know how to measure regular coffee but there is a coffee shop right across the parking lot. The fireplace heats up the home great. The window in the bedroom with the twin beds wouldn’t open to get fresh air. Probably a safety things since the window can be accessed from the ground outside. That is the only complaint because it got warm in there so we would open the living room windows and leave that door open so they would get some cool air at night. This place is amazing and you won’t be disappointed renting this place! Wendy was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo Close to Slopes

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic condo! Property was clean and well-stocked, and property manager was easy to reach with any questions. The condo is a short walk away from the slopes. Kids were able to ski in as well. Middle-aged parents who aren’t as great at skiing did not handle the ski-in portion as well. No problem; we just unstrapped our boots and walked the short distance back. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect mountain home

This condo has everything we needed for a wonderful week with family. Excellent floor plan and thoughtfully organized to meet the needs for six adults. Great location with easy access to slopes and town. Loved the view and large table to enjoy meals and hanging out with family. Somehow this place is even more amazing than the pictures. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Well appointed, great views!

I was initially reluctant to rent up on Mt. Crested Butte instead of in town, where we’ve stayed three times before. HOWEVER, this 3 br condo has all the amenities plus a fab view of the mountain. I also travel with 4 of my own knives and a sauté pan, but packed them back up after a day since the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and implements. Missing only a spatula and a cooking thermometer. Oh, I bought a decent thermometer and left it for the next guests. James Brennan was a wonder. Since we weren’t traveling with a tech savvy 12 year old, we relied on him to teach us how to turn on the TV. You might consider leaving more detailed AV instructions as even after 2 lessons from James it was still daunting when faced with 3 remotes on both TVs! Great showers. All in all, a great rental experience, and we hope to reprise there in a couple of years!

Great Location/Great Beds

We’ve never stayed so close to the resort in the summer and it was incredibly convenient. Close to bus, activities, and hiking. This condo was beautiful—the pictures didn’t do it justice. Condo had everything we needed to cook. Beds are very important to us and these were wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Great location and well equipped condo

Overall, we enjoyed our stay Crested Butte. The condo had two minor issues when we arrived, but Wendy and James quickly responded and fixed both issues. We would definitely rent from them the next time we vacation in Crested Butte!

Great Location to Slopes

My sister, brother, and SIL all enjoyed our trip to CB. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to get by for the week. Check-in process was simple (our truck didn't fit in the garage, but a parking pass and spot was waiting for us on the counter). It was a short walk to the base area and we could ski back to the condo by taking a short cut above the ski school area. The bus shuttle to town was also a quick walk. Crested Butte was COVID friendly and we felt safe and respected. James and Wendy were easy to get in touch with and a super responsive. Would recommend this property and would stay here again

Great ski-in/ski-out condo in CB

The condo was wonderful and location perfect. Wendy was tremendously responsive and addressed everything we needed very quickly. One thing that worked really well for our family was the individual garage with room for all our skis and boots. Would definitely rent again when in CB.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was lovely. Great location. Very short distance to lifts. My only suggestion would be to have more washcloths (plenty of towels) and a tv for all bedrooms. So pleased to have a nice warm garage . Wonderful place to stay!
