Our Citrus Heights home, ideal for groups, offers four bedrooms, a pool, and outdoor space. Just 30 mins from Downtown Sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood with nearby amenities. 2 kings, 2 queens, a 70" TV, full kitchen, pool, and backyard await for relaxation. Updated amenities ensure a great stay. Excited to host you!

Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Citrus Heights. It is 12 minutes from I 80, 14 minutes from US 50, 26 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, and 25 minutes to Auburn. In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of parks, restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor activities, and so much more! Guests have access to the entire property.
Our pool cleaner comes every Thursday between 10am and 2pm.

Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera above the driveway. The device records audio and video 24/7.
The pool slide was REMOVED. and the pool is NOT HEATED.
Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
"For VRBO cancellations, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover our credit card's processing fee."

The property has some maintenance and upkeep issues. Both bathroom faucets were dripping, the patio furniture is in disrepair and unusable, outlet covers were missing, some outlets were loose, TV remote didn't work, grill was rusted and unusable, towels not provided but later found in the dryer, a crack in the floor of the shower (possible mold/damage underneath), limited pots/pans that were not appear safe to cook in. Also, standard 'amenities' were not provided including coffee as shown on the photos.

Perfect for our needs!

Everyone in our group loved the pool! The kitchen amenities were not great, limited pots/pans, etc. but there was plenty of coffee pods. The sleeping availability was plentiful and amazing. Overall it was a great spot for us to rest and relax between softball games.

Home away from home

Seth was very easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. House was exactly as listed - spacious and clean with minor wear and tear which is expected for a VRBO. Look forward to renting again in the summer possibly when we can utilize the beautiful pool in the backyard.

WARNING - host unresponsive to agreed refund for inoperable A/C

I booked this property for the Labor day weekend with family to enjoy the pool during the heat wave. The pool was great, but the A/C was not cooling the house when we checked in on a Friday afternoon. I contacted the host and informed them of the issue. They would send a technician the following day to assess the unit. In the meantime, portable fans tried to keep us cool in the 100 degree heat. Since it was a holiday weekend, the host would not be able to get the replacement part until our stay was over. The host offered a 50% nightly discount if we decided to stay. We took the offer and did what we can to stay cool. After our stay was over, I contacted the host multiple times to get an update on the refund. The host states the refund will be processed. As of 9/20/24, we have not received the agreed upon refund. I contacted the VRBO customer service to hopefully get help with the situation, but VRBO states this is between us and the host. Good luck to whomever is renting this place next.

Family Swim Getaway

We live in California and were looking for a weekend getaway with a pool for our extended family. This home was perfect! This property is beautifully staged with updated furnishings. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids to swim all day and well into the evening. Would definitely return.

I do not recommend this property if you are planing on relaxing and having a good time.

Property management ignored us when we found a problem with the house, the sink was not working and the house smell like cigarettes. He has to much rules and stresses you out while there, we wanted to have a good time and relax but it was not possible because of him. He has cámaras and monitors everything. He keep our deposit without any notice in advance. Neighborhood super strict, he charged for our infants as a head for extra guest. Horrible experience. Do not recommend it.
