Families traveling with children, Lily Pad is a 2 bed, 2 bath Edgewater golf villa (in the 800 building) that is perfectly situated and designed with your experience in mind. Lily Pad has been fully renovated with fresh, colorful decor, including Lily Pulitzer and Serena & Lily wallpapers. Quality finishes and bedding throughout create the comforts of home in a clean, classic coastal setting. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with tiled shower. Main bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two queen beds. Living room has two full sized sofas for comfortable seating. Balcony has two Polywood rockers for watching the turtles in the pond and golf course.

Just steps from a heated pool, pond with fountain, executive golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts, and a quick walk or tram ride over the pedestrian bridge to the Lagoon Pool, private beach, and beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Edgewater’s Lagoon Pool features hot tubs, kids play area, Oceans restaurant and pool bar. Enjoy Edgewater Beach Resort's unique amenities and the beauty of Panama City Beach, and relax in a super clean, comfortable and beachy retreat.

No parking decks, elevators or stairs - convenient parking (2 parking passes provided) is right outside your front door.

Please note: NO sofa bed; maximum occupancy is 6 adults, 8 people total. NO smoking inside. NO pets. Any evidence of pets will result in loss of full damage deposit.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very cute. Our host was also very responsive with our questions. The view of the water fountain the back was beautiful and the sound was soothing!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay here for spring break ! Nice view of the pond while having morning coffee. Quick walk to the beach and pools. We love the amenities and the kids had a great time!

Dance Competition

We came into town for a dance nationals trip. The location of the condo is very close to everything! It was clean and close and Kelly was very easy going! We would definitely stay again!

Baseball and the beach!

The property was just as pictured, it was easy to get to and from the beach where we spend most of our time, and the parking availability was wonderful. If we were to visit PCB again, we would definitely book this property again. Kelly was super to work with and very quick to respond!

Lily Pad was great! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient to everything. The condo was super clean, updated, parking was a breeze, and the check in process could not have been easier. Thank you for a great week!!

10/10 we WILL stay here again

The Lilypad is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the pond for turtle watching. We had 4 adults, 3 12 yr olds and a toddler. PLENTY OF ROOM! We never ran out of hot water! The showers have rainfall shower heads. The beds are comfortable. Not overly hard or soft. Kelley has everything you could think of needing. Beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, sand toys, beach chairs, flushable wipes, trash bags, napkins… you name it, it’s there. The dishes and cookware are great quality. The couches are not sleeper sofas, but easily fit an adult. Very wide, deep, and soft cushions. The back patio is very peaceful and has comfortable chairs. The location is within eyes view of one of the pools, which allowed our big kids to swim while we sat on the back patio and watch them. Kelley went above and beyond to ensure quick responses and solutions to any questions I had. honestly can’t say enough good things about the Lilypad and Kelley!

Gorgeous condo, excellent location, ac problems in one of the rooms

Place was beautiful, well-kept, clean, and close to the beach. The first day we arrived, the ac was not working properly in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 queen beds. The ac was great in the rest of the house. I reached out to the owner, and she stated this issue was never reported in the past and to leave the door cracked so air would circulate from the rest of the house. Considering we are on vacation and are not spending most of our time in the condo, we dealt with it. My elderly in-laws were staying in that room. They had to keep their bedroom door wide open to allow some decent flow of air from the house. We tried to switch rooms with them, and they refused as they didn't want to inconvenience us. We felt terrible and leaving the door wide open limits privacy. This was not okay. We paid good money, and this is Florida-ac must be in excellent working condition. Owner should've sent someone to check out the ac or at least reach back out to us to check if everything was fine. Neither happened. Would not consider renting this property in the future despite it's other positive, desirable aspects.

Hi Tomasz, I’m so sorry the AC wasn’t acceptable! You indicated would text me if the problem and I never heard back. I would have addressed it somehow had I known, including sending a refund for any inconvenience per my normal practice. We’ll have the AC checked once there’s a break in rentals, but haven’t gotten this feedback before or since so haven’t had it checked. I apologize for the miscommunication and wish you all the best. Great place to stay!

Lily Pad was amazing! Very clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we could possibly need. Very close to resort pool. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with minor issue. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve vacationed in Panama City Beach my whole life and at Edgewater since it opened. Both are very special, unique places for families to relax and have fun together. I’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals, and my goal in renovating Lily Pad and sister villa next door, Lily Pond, was to create a happy, comfortable place for all to enjoy.
