Very nice resort & location but was disappointed that they nothing was mentioned about they were remodeling & the spa & a restaurant was closed but still enjoyed the beach & pool area. I would recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved staying at the Outrigger. The four pools and hot tub were used a lot. We did not eat food at the property but there are so many options had we needed food. We enjoyed the ocean view and sitting by the ocean. The lobby is gorgeous! The owner was easy to communicate with. When we come back, I would defintely stay here again. It was the best! Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Hawaii wonderful.

Perfect Spot!

We had an amazing time staying here! It was a great location if you want to travel up North or head down South. Beautiful pools to swim and lounge around in. Very beautiful place!

The resort was fantastic, even though they are doing construction. Property is right on the beach, but isn't suitable for swimming because of rough waves. You have a lovely view of the pool area and a small view of the ocean. The location is perfect for going north or south on the island. The listing mentioned a microwave and we were told it was in a common area. I had to ask 3 people where it was, and it isn't in the main common area of the lounge/front desk area. It's in the 1st building (the room is in the 4th building) on the second floor by the vending machine. It was too far away for us to use, which we were hoping to as my husband has food restrictions for health reasons. That was my only reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 as that was one of the main reasons we chose this specific property. If you don't need a microwave that's close to your room, it's perfect.

A perfect little paradise with an ocean view steps from the beac

Greatlocation to get to everything fairly quickly. Beautiful view of the ocean right from the balcony!, 40 feet from the ocean.
