Comfortable semi-detached apartment on the ground floor with an apartment/balcony above - 51 m² - Sleeps 4. It includes a living/dining room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a sleeping area enclosed by a curtain with two 90 cm bunk beds and two small portholes with blackout curtains overlooking the bedroom, a shower room, and a toilet. Washing machine, multifunction microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, television, and DVD player. Enclosed garden with a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and three sun loungers overlooking the pine forest, with direct access to the beach. Parking space No. 262 in the residence. Small dogs allowed. A cleaning fee of €87 is available.
