Welcome to this fully renovated apartment, ideal for a stay in Aix-les-Bains, whether for a spa treatment, vacation or business trip.
Room layout :
Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen scales. You'll also find plenty of storage space and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
Living room: A cosy space with a convertible sofa (140 cm), TV and a small reading corner, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
Bedroom: Spacious and bright, with direct access to the large balcony, this room is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a storage unit.
Bathroom: Modern and functional, it features a large shower, a cabinet with two drawers for storing your toiletries, and a washing machine.
WC: Separate for greater comfort.
Balcony: Crossing between the main room and the bedroom, it will seduce you with its space and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for meals on the terrace.
Parking: A large parking lot is available at the bottom of the residence, but there is no space allocated specifically to the apartment. Parking is therefore subject to availability.
