Our 74 m² accommodation is in a building designed by the famous architect Pouillon.

With its huge bay window, you can enjoy sunbathing all day long thanks to its south-west orientation and unobstructed view of the Canebière and its old buildings.

It includes:

- A large, bright living room with sofa and dining table.

- One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed

- One small bedroom with a single bed ( 90x190cm) and a desk area.

- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with a coffee machine with percolator and dishwasher.

- A large bathroom with bathtub

There is a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. There is also air conditioning.

The accommodation is on the 5th floor with a lift.

Independent access.

All household linen is provided (towels, sheets, tea towels).

Wifi is included in the price.

On arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not replenished):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

There is no television.
