My house is available from July 19 to August 2, 2025, so take advantage of it! .
available the week from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 days rental

The House has an area of about 120 m2, on a plot of 720 m2.
House in residence, quiet and secure, nicely decorated!

Our house comprises: a living room of 60 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the first floor and a shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, mezzanine with lounge area, a games room, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Garage, parking ...
Outside: Tiled terrace, Weber barbecue, deckchairs...
Our house is located 500m from the city center where you will find all the local shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, grocery store...). You will find 5 minutes from the house several supermarkets of your choice.
For children, young people and adults elsewhere, we have a lake, a playground and a skate park 5 minutes walk away... an amusement park is located 10 minutes from the house.
We are ideally located 25 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, beaches, 35 minutes from Lorient, 50 minutes from Rennes...
