Nestled in a quaint Elk Ridge neighborhood, this spacious townhome offers convenient access to the Snowflake Chairlift on Peak 9 and epic mountain views from the deck. Your vacation rental commands a prime location, just 250 yards from the Snowflake Chairlift at Breckenridge. In warmer months, visit the nearby Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, a nature preserve featuring picturesque trails with signs noting nearby wildlife, plus tram rides. After a day on the slopes or sightseeing, return home and take a dip in the private hot tub, then gather for a movie night by the glow of the gas fireplace.
The spacious living room provides ample natural light and vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy ambiance. Gather on the leather sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chairs for a movie night on the 55â TV with streaming capabilities and a Blu-ray player. Game night by the fireplace is another exciting possibility. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid pine cabinetry, granite counters, and a glass-top stove. Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom with its bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, 45â TV, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are located on the lower level and include TVs, as well as hot tub access.
Have your morning coffee on the primary bedroom's private balcony and spend your evenings grilling dinner on the deck with breathtaking mountain vistas as your backdrop.

Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Breckenridge's mild weather (elevation 9,600â).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
