Welcome to The Independent! An absolute dream home in the most highly sought after location of San Diego -- La Jolla Cove. You will feel so at home and never want to leave this thoughtfully designed and renovated space. The entire historic home has been meticulously, professionally redesigned and updated.
The Space:
The home is an entirely detached spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. Enter into the large, open kitchen, large, bright living room, and dining area with peak-a-boo views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean out the dining room window. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor and are furnished with 1 King Bed and 2 full beds to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Enjoys views of the amazing Pacific Ocean out of the western bedroom window.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay. You will be able to self check in at your convenience upon arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the most highly sought after destination of San Diego - the exclusive La Jolla Cove - you'll be within steps to world renowned amenities and attractions. This includes some of the best dining and shopping that San Diego has to offer, the awe-inspiring sunbathing seal beach at the "Children's Pool", the miraculous La Jolla Cove Park, and some of California's most breathtaking vistas and beaches - just to name a few.
This is a fully detached single family home that is one of two on a lot. This is the back home of the two and the only thing shared between them is the walkway that leads to the entrance. There are sets of stairs that lead to the entry and the home is two stories.
Please note:
By making a reservation, you are agreeing to be a Good Neighbor. There is a zero tolerance policy for any excessive noise, additional guests, or disturbance to the neighborhood in any way.
Getting Around:
Given a 95 score by WalkScore.com, it is designated as a "Walker's Paradise" where "daily errands do not require a car". In need of further commutes out of La Jolla, ride share services are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
The property is comprised of two detached single family homes on one lot. You will be staying in the back home. The only shared component is that the walkway that leads to your home continues to the back. Besides this, there is full exclusivity of your space. There is a stacked washer and dryer located in the living area that is available for your use during your stay. As a courtesy of safety and the experience of our neighbors and future guests, we enforce strict policies for no pets, no smokings, and no parties or events of any kind. Also note that there is a small garage parking space. Garage entrance 7ft wide x 6 ft height and 16ft depth/length.

We find that many of our guests appreciate to be unbothered throughout their stay; however, we pride ourselves on creating the best guest experience possible and are always available if a guest needs anything! In short, do not hesitate to message us any time!
