Enjoy beautiful Chautauqua Lake during your stay at this private Victorian-style lakefront home with six bedrooms and five full baths. Situated on 125 ft of lakefront, this special home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with granite countertops, a double wall oven, seating for eight at a round table overlooking the lake, and seating for six at a breakfast bar.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a room with additional prep space, bar, sink, warming drawer, ice maker, a second dishwasher, and serving ware; Play a game of foosball here during cocktail hour!

Additional entertainment areas include a formal dining room and a spacious great room equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a panoramic lakefront view. The great room has plenty of seating and offers a game table for six. The media room features a wide movie screen with a laser projection system, a large sectional, and two leather recliners. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath is located off the foosball game room.

Continue your entertainment on the second level with the use of the ping-pong table, sofa, and flat-screen TV. This floor also gives access to five bedrooms; (one being a loft;) two of which overlook Chautauqua Lake. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a sitting area with two leather recliners, and a beautiful bathroom equipped with a steam shower. Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom.

The best areas are outdoors! Relax on the spacious, wrap-around porch with a comfortable wicker seating area. Enjoy your meals at a large teak dining table on the covered porch rain or shine! Play lawn games in the beautifully landscaped yard or bask in the sun in the chairs by the pool. Cook your food poolside on the Weber grill and keep your beverages close by in the outdoor cooler. Finally, appreciate the gorgeous lake from 18" above the water while sitting on the (four)comfortable Adirondack chairs on the 100 ft. dock!

Please Note that two optional add-ons are available:

1- Heat for the spa and pool. Heating is very expensive, hence we must charge an additional $350 per week for use of the spa and pool combined.
2- Use of a 17' inflatable rib boat.

**The owners have taken great care of this home and continue to maintain the home as they still live here. Every effort has been made to make their guests feel at home. Guests are expected to be respectful of house rules and treat this home as they would their own, or as if the owner were present. No pets are allowed., and parties, receptions, or events of any kind are NOT permitted. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the loss of your remaining stay as well as forfeiture of the security deposit. No refund will be given.
