The loft was beautiful. The lighting and space created a peaceful energy that called you to relax. The mounted tv allowed you to watch it from any room, the balcony provided a good touch of fresh air when needed. The kitchen was decently supplied and allowed you to prepare a meal if necessary, but there weren’t any seasonings. There are enough blankets and towels for three people. The couch could not fit three, however; we found it oddly small for a big space. It’s definitely a nomads space, but it serves its purpose. I would definitely go back.

Overall a very nice place to stay, cleanliness was top notch. The two cons: it was freezing when we walked in (I think about 50 degrees) and it took til the next morning to warm up. I think it should’ve been turned on the morning of check-in to avoid that. And the shower is a little dangerous since it’s a jacuzzi tub and easy to slip getting out. Everything else was perfectly fine.

A fantastic affordable option for a week in Boston

The property was exactly as listed (thank you for that), complete with the stairs, which aren't that hard to manage for someone who grew up in Boston. It was close to Wellington station, and I was able to leave the place a little nicer than I found it by upgrading the bulbs in the kitchen art wall accent lighting.

The location was great. Close to amenities. The loft is charming but not an easy access, as advertised (Steep stairs). The shower was awkward.

Weekend near Somerville

The loft was a unique space with beautiful light and well supplied kitchen. Communication with property manager was responsive. The directions were specific but required a bit of detective work to navigate through the pictures delivered through app. However the loft did not have a secondary exit and no connected smoke alarms, I would make sure to check that these are connected before booking. Also the secondary bed was not well constructed and fell apart.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I’m really happy you enjoyed our beautiful loft and its lovely natural light! I also appreciate you bringing the smoke alarm issue to our attention. Unfortunately, the previous guest broke our house rules by smoking in the unit, and the alarms were removed during their stay. Our housekeeper missed this during the turnover, especially since we had just completed our safety updates on April 1st after a long-term guest. We do monthly inspections, and both the owner and I personally went in to supervise and make sure everything, including the bed was fixed and functioning properly. That said, we’ve now double checked everything, and I can confirm that all safety features and furnishings have been updated and are in perfect working order. Host was very responsive

Nice loft in a great neighborhood. The 2nd bedroom is not private. Both sleeping areas are separated by partitions. It worked for us but others should know that before they book. They were doing some kitchen fixes and let us know that we'd have a temporary stovetop. It worked great. Our only issue was getting the parking approved. It wasn’t the property host but the third party who didn’t let them know if there was a parking spot available. It took a bit to reserve it so if you'd like to park on property, allow time to get that processed. You pay for that separately.

Lovely loft apartment in beautiful Massachusetts. Owner left detailed instructions. We found them on day 2 but got in late so were eager to get to bed. Loved the view from the deck. Would rent again.

Medford stay

Great property in a good location. Grocery store across the street. 10 minute walk to the T and 15 minutes then to downtown. Typically $15-20 Uber from city centre. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs are very steep which could be an issue for an older guest.

Great place to stay for short vacation

Cozy place close to our points of interest. It was a little confusing at first how to get into the loft ( bumped into our neighbors downstairs)) but once situated, it was no problem. Compared to everything compact and congested in Boston, the place was spacious even for my family of 4. Thanks for having us.

Sehr geräumig und für 3 Personen optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und parken hervorragend. Für besseren Schlaf sollte eine gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeit geschaffen werden. Der zweite Balkon war leider nicht nutzbar. Wir können das Appartement sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nice and worked for us

This place was clean, the AC worked great and fairly close to quite a few things. Wasn't too far to the T, we paid the extra to park behind it and that was worth it-though I wish that was just included in the price. Place itself was quiet, depending on the wind direction sometimes there were airplanes overhead (as mentioned by some). If you have trouble with stairs, this may not work for you. The stairs were pretty tight and half the time we bumped our head on the angle of the ceiling when arriving into the apartment. This is more like a studio apartment. There is a twin bed on one end, and a King on the other, I thought there would be another bed since it said it slept 4+, but there were 2 pull out twin sofa beds. The regular beds were comfortable enough, but the sofa beds were pretty hard. And it wasn't really a big enough sofa to sit around and visit. The bathroom is a little odd-I am fairly nimble and I found it a challenge to get in and out of the shower which is inside the non-working jacuzzi tub. They had something going on with plumbing but it didn't affect our stay. They didn't have a working stove/oven, and had a temporary hot plate that didn't work great. That was disappointing because we wanted to cook more and were only able to do things on a skillet, toaster or microwave. Maria was VERY nice & helpful and brought a high chair for our visiting grandson. And we did like that we could do laundry! And Costco/stores were pretty close! Overall it was nice.

Lovely open space

Open loft with lots of light and space, very clean and neat. A bit tricky for taller folks due to roof angles in bathroom, and only king bed can accommodate those over 6 feet. Good location, enjoyed the Juliet balcony for morning coffee.

Absolutely Perfect!

This location was absolutely perfect to enjoy Salem and Boston! The Loft was spacious, clean, organized, and just as beautiful as the pictures! The property manager was friendly and very helpful during our stay. The directions and instructions were easy to follow. We especially loved the binder the owner put together with suggestions while staying. We used those suggestions to take the train to Salem rather than fight to park during peak season. Over all our stay was a 10/10!
