Shared laundry room with washing machine. Shared ski locker. 1 private outdoor parking space. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange bicycle storage.

Description: Entrance - Large living room dining room + TV corner, bright - Equipped kitchen (Large fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, electric oven, electric filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, extractor hood, upper and lower cupboards with cookware) - Separate WC - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90) + cupboard and its adjoining bathroom (hip bath, sink, toilet) - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + sink + cupboard - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90) + cupboard - Shower room (shower, sink) - The 3 bedrooms have access to a balcony. Central heating - Pets not allowed - Carpeted bedrooms - Non-smoking

- Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the rental price during the winter season. Please note that this is a paid option during short stays and the summer season. - Housekeeping is not included in the rental; it is a paid option.
