The appartement was practical for two people. So were the facilities. The appartment was quiet and cosy. The communication with the owner was easy and friendly. Renters should be fit enough to walk up 5 flights of stairs :). Interesting and fun neighbourhood - though a bit different from Montmartre. Good public transport nearby.
