Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 140 m² house in Orgères for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 57 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 57 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with TV and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190)
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower and bath
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 100 m² facing south-west
- A 28 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Orgères, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
What to do:
- Walk in the Parc de la Seiche, a natural area ideal for walking, picnicking or observing the local wildlife.
- Visit the historic centre of Rennes (15 min drive), discover the half-timbered houses and Saint-Pierre cathedral.
- Relax in the Parc des Gayeulles, a large wooded park with a lake, tree climbing and swimming pool in Rennes.
- Discover the natural site of La Roche aux Fées - An impressive dolmen at Essé, accessible in 25 minutes.
- Saint-Malo less than 1 hour's drive away
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a large private outdoor space in front of the entrance to the house (1 space), suitable for a large vehicle including a van. You can also park in one of the public spaces on the development.
Access to the STAR bus network to Rennes.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Rennes train station, 25 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne airport, 15 minutes' drive away
