Head to Sabres train station to board the steam locomotive at the Marquèze Ecomuseum, which, for a short journey, will transport you 150 years back in time to discover an entire vanished civilization on a 25-hectare clearing. Continue on to Commensacq and the Mexico leisure center for a canoe trip down the Leyre River, an adventure course, mountain biking, and more. Or, opt for a swim at the Arjuzanx nature reserve, which offers various activities such as canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boating, or exploring the discovery and hiking trails. In the town of Luxey, you'll find one of the emblematic works of contemporary art in the Forest, Hello Apollo. This village is also known for its Musicalarue festival, which blends street art and music in the heart of the forest. This is where Mia's cottage opens its doors, all year round, for a stay for two or a family in a peaceful, relaxing, and cozy setting, with a swimming pool shared with the owners.
