Cocoonr offers you this warm 80 m² apartment, ideally located right in the centre of Strasbourg, in close proximity to the historic centre, on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift.

Designed to accommodate up to 3 guests, this authentic home stands out for its cosy atmosphere, duplex layout, and generous spaces. Perfect for a family stay, a trip with friends, or a business trip, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting within walking distance of all the city’s landmark attractions.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, housekeeping is included and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the beds will be carefully made up before your arrival.


The accommodation is laid out as follows :

- A large, warm and inviting living area, comprising a lounge with sofa, coffee table, TV with channels, and a billiards table, ideal for sharing moments together.
- A fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, cooking hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining table with chairs, designed to make meal preparation easy and to help you make the most of your stay.
- Two sleeping areas located upstairs: the first with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside table and storage space; the second with a single bed and desk, offering the ideal environment to fully unwind.
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and mirror, as well as a separate toilet for added everyday comfort.

Located in close proximity to Strasbourg city centre, the apartment is an ideal base from which to discover the city. As the capital of Europe and Alsace, Strasbourg boasts exceptional historical and architectural heritage, with its city centre listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Museums, monuments and charming streets can all be explored easily on foot. You will also find all the shops and restaurants you need nearby for a smooth and enjoyable stay.


Transport :

If you are coming by car, the recommended parking option is Austerlitz car park, located just a few steps from the accommodation, at a rate of €22 for 24 hours.

For getting around :

- The “Place d’Austerlitz” tram stop (lines 10 & N1) is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.
- The central station is reachable in 17 minutes on foot or 11 minutes by public transport.
- Strasbourg International Airport is reachable in 1 hour by public transport and 20 minutes by car.

- Pets are not allowed.
- The building does not have a lift, and the access stairs are relatively steep, so a little caution is required. This layout is typical of Alsatian buildings and contributes to the authentic charm of the property.
- The sleeping areas and bathroom do not have doors, but curtains.
- The toilet is not on the same floor as the sleeping areas and bathroom.
- The sleeping areas have small windows without shutters, so brightness may be bothersome for light-sensitive guests.


The accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. Keys must be collected from a secure locker located in a residence 300 m from the accommodation, accessible 24/7.
