DG Apartment with fantastic lake and Alps.

We rent a DG apartment on the third floor of our family house.

Our house is a wonderful location with stunning lake and alpine views.

You are within walking distance of the lake, the natural beach, the woods and shopping. Garage space for bikes and motorbikes and covered parking at the house. Free Wi-Fi Internet in the house. The apartment is bright, friendly and very well maintained. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
The apartment is usually to rent on a weekly basis. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES Saturdays or Sunday.
The DG apartment has a balcony, a living area with Ledereckcouch, a double bedroom, another room with sofa bed, an open kitchen and a shower bathroom. Although our stairways are very steep to the DG apartment, it can be somewhat difficult for older people. But we like to help with luggage.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Bodensee und den Alpen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Gute Verbindung mit Bus und Bahn. Da kann man das Auto stehen lassen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt Mal wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage und der schönen Aussicht, die man von der Wohnung aus über den Bodensee hat. Die Größe ist ideal für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sicher nochmal wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub bei herrlicher Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist diese Ferienwohnung ideal (kleines Bad und kleiner Balkon). Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den See, bei schönem Wetter kann man tatsächlich die Alpen sehen. Mit der BodeseeCard kann man die Region ohne weitere Kosten ganz entspannt per Bus und Bahn erkunden und sein Auto auf dem Stellplatz vor dem Haus stehen lassen.

Bodensee-Ausflug

Gastronomie-Angebot im Ort begrenzt. Für Senioren ist der Weg vom Wasser bis zur Ferienwohnung bei 30°C fordernd. Die Treppe zur Ferienwohnung braucht ein Geländer. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig (toller Ausblick, Küche u. Bad sehr gut eingerichtet, Schlafzimmer gegen Wohnen abgetrennt) u. machte den Ausflug zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis.

Nette FeWo mit tollem Blick auf den See

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über Sipplingen auf den See. In der FeWo alles vorhanden, ruhige Lage in Sipplingen, mit Stellplatz sehr bequem. Wir hätten bei schlechtem Wetter auch 1-2 Tage in der Wohnung verbringen können. Guter Ausgangspunkt für kleine Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Ziele in der Umgebung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Bodensee! Ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet! Nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen geeignet, da eine steile Treppe hinaufführt! Für uns war besonders positiv, dass man sein Auto während des ganzen Aufenthaltes höchstens zum Einkaufen brauchte. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man überall hin und die Benutzung ist mit der Gästekarte kostenlos!

Eine sehr komfortable, ruhige und saubere Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Auch bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad angenehm, da alle Fenster Außenrollos haben. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, gerne wieder!

Zum 2. Mal sehr zufrieden!

Wir hatten im Oktober '22 zum 2. Mal die Wohnung gemietet und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und problemlose Abwicklung. Unterstellplatz für das Auto und Fahrräder konnten in der Garage abgestellt werden. Super Blick auf den Bodensee von der Loggia. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut und Messer sind scharf. Wir kommen gerne wieder - klare Empfehlung.

Tolle Unterkunft. Alles da was man brauchte. Vor der Haustür sind wunderschöne Wanderungen möglich, für weitere Wanderungen ist die Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder.
