We are delighted to offer you a charming holiday apartment located directly on the shores of Lake Constance in Berlingen. The accommodation combines comfort with a welcoming atmosphere and is ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and short getaways. Thanks to excellent transport connections, the city of Constance can be reached in a short time – conveniently by train as well.

The apartment is compact, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. In the combined living and sleeping area, you will find a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with a high-quality Riposa mattress to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Amenities include a 46-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen and cozy seating area invite you to relax and unwind at the end of the day – with a direct view of Berlingen harbor.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Right next to the apartment, by the water, you will find Restaurant Schiff with a terrace and regional cuisine. Just a one-minute walk away is Restaurant Adler, known for its excellent specialties. Only about 100 meters away is Pipos Bar, a popular beach bar at the entrance to Berlingen – perfect for cocktails, snacks, and good music.

For active guests, the Boarderhouse Berlingen is a real highlight. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy stand-up paddling, foiling, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, wing/parawing, and wakesurfing.

Berlingen train station is approximately a three-minute walk away and offers direct connections to Constance, Ermatingen, Tägerwilen, Steckborn, Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen, and Zurich. This makes the apartment an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance – even without a car.

The holiday apartment is suitable for up to two people. A Nespresso machine with coffee capsules and tea is also provided for your convenience.
