Create lasting memories at this sleek, Crested Butte condo! Boasting mountain views straight from the private deck and easy lift access, this condo provides the perfect spot for a ski getaway.

Suitable for up to six guests, this home offers a great mix of style, comfort, and convenience. The primary bedroom has a private bath and a large walk-in closet, and both bedrooms have a TV. Another full bathroom houses a private washer/dryer. The updated kitchen has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal, making it easy to whip up a meal at home.

Enjoy a bite to eat or apres-ski on the private deck featuring a stunning mountain view. Head down to the shared hot tub in the summer for a relaxing soak.

The hot tub is closed for the Fall 2023 season from October 2 - November 22.
Refer to the Mt. Crested Butte short-term rental webpage to find emergency contact information for the Local Representative.
The fireplace is not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The access to the lifts was fantastic- easy spot to take a quick lunch break then get back to the slopes. The bedrooms were large and in-unit laundry is always a perk. The hot tub and garage parking were also great amenities.

Loved that we could walk to the lifts, food, ice cream and drinks. The view was great and the hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Condo was clean but needs some new furnishings and carpet.

Quick CB ski trip

Our condo on the main floor was very comfortable. Not too many people on a Sunday and Monday night so nice and quiet. Easy access to the hot tub, parking and ski hill.

Super cozy. Perfect size for our family of 6! It’s an older apartment but it has been updated. We had a red fox hanging out and the kids loved seeing it in the evening!

The place smelled old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty and stained, I would be ashamed to have people know I owned this unit. Upon opening the door on the fireplace, it fell off. If I would have known the unit was in this shape, I would not have rented. Not very transparent of VRBO/Owner.

Outstanding in every way!

Check-in was so smooth. I loved the little touches like shopping bags in the closet and board games and a variety spices in the kitchen. The unit was a perfect place to stay for a week-so convenient to everything! We loved it! Thank you.

Perfection

Excellent communication, quiet, exceptionally clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, close parking included for two cars with one space being in a garage, easy access to the shared hot tub and grill. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Beware

We did not want to write a negative review; so we wrote instead to the management company about issues with this condo. We waited two weeks for a response, but none was forthcoming. So... The pictures suggest that this condo is airy with lots of natural light. That is not accurate. The place was clean and relatively comfortable, but dark. People walk past the sliders in front quite often; so privacy is an issue. There was a strange whirring sound coming from somewhere (upstairs?) that was not constant, but seemed to start up around bedtime. Some coffee cups were not properly cleaned. There is a dearth of convenient electrical outlets for phone chargers in the bedroom. This place is on the ground floor -- if someone is in the condo above, you will know it. The entrance to the entire building is on your porch. Laundry soap and dishwasher detergent was not properly stocked. On a positive note, the hot tub is right out the front door.
