Great Stay

We had a great stay. Probably one of the best houses we've stayed in South Bend so far. The property manager was very communicative. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked which is always a plus for us as we love to cook. We will definitely stay again.

We had to cancel our trip after the 14 day cancel period was in effect because my 84 year old Mom got seriously sick. However, the host would not offer any discount. I was not expecting a full refund but I suggested up to half.He would not even refund the cleaning fee when no one stayed in it! This is a word of mouth business with public reviews, so I am surprised he had no willingness to help us.He even sent us "welcome to the property" emails AFTER we cancelled, and "here's everything you need to know for checkout" emails even though we never stay there. Very poor.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and well taken care of.Great location, and Doug was very nice and always available. We would definitely recommend this home and we will see if it available next year when we come back for my military buddies annual corn hole tournament.

Clean, spacious home

Pictures were representative of property. Property manager was very communicative and the related app was innovative and helpful. It’s on a busy road, so you hear the hum of cars but close proximity to many amenities. Enjoyed our stay.

Notre Dame Football Weekend

House was very clean and recently updated. Pictures were accurate and perfect house for a great Notre Dame football weekend. Enjoyed the house, outdoor patio and communication was great. Not walkable to Campus but very good location and a quick 10 min drive.

Very convenient for events at ND

Our family was in town to attend various events on campus, and this location was ideal with easy access. The house was immaculate with everything we needed. Doug was very responsive during the whole process particularly when we had a mechanical issue that he addressed immediately. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely stay here again.

Summertime stay

We had a nice stay at the "Modern home" It's a lovely place. When our young grandkids came over to visit they especially enjoyed playing chess outside. The kitchen, with its huge island is striking and the main bedroom very comfortable. The property manager, Doug, was quick to respond to the two issues we raised.

Well appointed, clean, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Upstairs bedrooms are dormers, but we knew that in advance. The layout of the home is comfortable and the kitchen/living combination area worked really well for our group. We didn't really use the game room, but it is spacious and would be great for groups watching football. Traffic on the main road can be a bit loud, but it didn't bother us. The house is situated on a corner, and we took walks down the side road through the neighborhood, which was peaceful. Check in and checkout were seamless. We would stay here again.

Great host, amazing house!

Beautifully remodeled, super clean, pictures are very accurate! Friendly host, nice yard, perfect house for a weekend with friends. Will definitely stay again!

You will find two additional large bedrooms with full bath on the upper level. Back yard has a patio area with table and chairs, large back yard and parking for 10 plus cars.
