Welcome to REFLET D'OR, a charming studio located right in the heart of Old Nice, tucked away in a quaint little street. You’ll be surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the old town, just a short walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach.



The studio features an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen, a cozy living area with a sofa, and a sleeping area with a double bed. A portable air conditioner is provided for your comfort. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building. Please note that you will need to climb several stairs of varying heights to reach it.

Perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen, ruhige Seitenstrasse

Die Lage, Sauerkeit war super...direkt um die Ecke war man im Geschehen.Nur hatten wir die Lautstärke einer mobilen Aircondition unterschätzt, ohne wars zu schwül, mit ihr zu laut. Somit haben wir nicht gut geschlafen.Und leider konnten wir die Wohnung nicht mit dem Auto anfahren, diese Info wäre gut, wenn sie in die Beschreibung aufgenommen wird.Das Wlan funktionierte leider nicht wie beschrieben, auch das Kennwort stimmte nicht/runterfahren half nicht. Wäre super, wenn dies für andere Gäste aktualisiert werden könnte.Ansonsten war die Wohnung inkl gutem Bett/Matratze ausgestattet.Die Elektrogeräte brauchten wir nicht, da es so wunderbare Restaurants/Cafes gleich in der Nähe gab.Wirklich toll, dass die Beschreibung der Wohnung so passend war. Vielen Dank dafür.Empfehlung für alle, die keine Klimaanlage beim Schlafen brauchen oder nicht so geräuchermpfindlich sind, wie wir.Schöne kompakte 1 Zimmerwohnung - guter checkin/out. Super Lage.
