We raised our two daughters here in Indiana, and this home has always been a place where people gathered. While our youngest was in high school, we hosted exchange students from around the world while operating an in-home preschool. The house was filled with laughter, learning, and new friendships.
Over the years, we also welcomed neighbors, family, and friends for gatherings, and we realized how important it is to have spaces where people can come together and make memories. After our youngest left for college, we decided to open our home to other families and groups.
Today, it's our privilege to share this special place with guests celebrating milestones, reconnecting with loved ones, or simply enjoying time away together. We hope you'll feel as at home here as our family always has.

We fell in love with the Mud Creek Valley because it feels like a hidden gem in the city. There is a peaceful, step-back-in-time feeling here, while still being just minutes from everyday conveniences like Meijer, Walmart, restaurants, and shopping.
Within a short drive, guests can find fresh eggs, honey, and produce at Mud Creek Farm, seasonal flower bouquets near Mud Creek and 96th, local performances at Mud Creek Theater, and walking trails at Sargent Road Nature Park. We love that this neighborhood offers both quiet natural beauty and easy access to everything guests may need.

What makes our property unique is that it gives larger families and groups the comfort of staying together while still having room to spread out. With 5 bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 16 guests, it feels like having multiple hotel rooms under one roof—plus your own private gathering spaces to enjoy together.
Guests can share meals, celebrate milestones, relax in the hot tub, and spend time together without being separated into different hotel rooms. It is a great fit for families, friend groups, retreats, and special occasions where being together is the whole point.
