This one-bedroom, one-bath Tennis Villas condo is located in the peaceful surroundings of the Amelia Island Plantation! The Plantation offers access to multiple restaurants, pools, beach, bike paths, and more, and is just minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, a private balcony, and a community pool.






Things to Know
Free WiFi

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and well maintained

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The property was very spacious for just a one bedroom. Balcony was large and had relaxing views.

While the location is excellent and the condo beautiful, it is poorly stocked and was dirty which was a disappointment. The grout in the bathroom and kitchen was sticky, discolored just gross looking. The bathtub had grime around the drain and when the jets were activated, globs of hair came out. We did not even use the tub. The plantation has great amenities such as an indoor pool however none of these are offered to renters.

Good stay, but...

We had a good stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Pros: Overall, really good customer service. Vacasa does a good job of communicating, before and during the stay. The unit was very clean. Rooms smelled fresh as did bed linens and towels. We met some of the folks from the cleaning service outside the unit and they asked if everything was good. We got excellent customer service overall. The unit is pet-friendly. Our pets are our kids and we appreciate having a nice place to vacation with everyone. The unit is in a good area. We've regularly stayed in this general vicinity and there is lots to do, in addition to the beach. Cons: The king bed: ouch. The mattress needs replacing. The building this unit is in has some qualities of a hotel you know about that is not mentioned in the listing. Like in a hotel, the unit has a door that adjoins the adjacent unit. This door is a pipeline of sound. The family next door was not overly loud but this adjoining door provides almost no filter. We listened to a debate over regular vs. BBQ chips. No doubt they heard us talking about cake. If you are booking this unit, be aware that the quality of your stay could be determined by who books the unit next door. While the unit is very nice, we won't book it again because of the noise risks.

Nice Location and Comfortable

We e stayed at this condo 3 times now. Not as clean as usual and the supplies (towels/floor mats) are getting ragged and inadequate. VACASA is now managing the unit and things are already different, not in a good way.

Great place to stay!

This was a great property! We really enjoyed our stay here! Apparently there have been some recent changes to the beach accesses on the property so it was much too far to walk from the condo but there was a great public beach access with restrooms & outdoor showers that was only a 5 min. drive & it was NEVER crowded & an awesome beach! We will definitely be back!

Convenient, Clean, Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this condo. Accommodations are comfortable and very clean. We love the covered, huge porch. It allows you to sit outside while it’s raining. The pool was nice, but strangely, not kept as clean as in the wintertime. In the winter, pool people cleaned the pool almost daily and only cleaned it once during our 2 wk stay in the summer, when the pool is actually in use. We enjoy the proximity to the greenway and a pleasant 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Only improvements would be more towels provided and extra pillowcases to go with the extra pillows. A few more cooking utensils would be helpful.

Comfortable and Clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for a month. The deck outside is unusually large and looked onto a treed landscape and tennis courts. Deck was large enough to store our bikes with plenty of room to still sit outside and enjoy the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. This spacious condo was just the right size for two adults and dogs. The elevator was handy for unloading belongings. The condo location was perfect for enjoying the whole Plantation property and utilizing the trails and walkways. The road noise was louder than expected, but the location made up for it. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
