Oceanfront gods med över en tunnland mark på Grand Beach i Scarborough. 5600 kvadratmeter hem med tio sovrum, fem och ett halvt badrum, sover 22 bekvämt. Med över ett tunnland mark och privat pool kan du känna dig avskild om du vill. Stort vardagsrum med öppen spis från golv till tak och en vägg av glas mot havet. Gourmetkök med kommersiella apparater, öppnar till vardagsrummet och har plats för åtta i diskbaren. Den formella matsalen vetter mot havet och sitter tio till tolv. Spelrummet har full bar, biljardbord, foosbal, storbilds-TV och massor av bekväma möbler att sprida ut på. Utanför är väl anlagd med 20x40 uppvärmd pool i poolen (öppen mitten av maj-september), med utomhusdusch, sex personer badtunna, stor gräsmatta och privat väg till stranden. Separat sandig lekplats för barn. Däck och poolområdet har tre stora teakbord för uteservering och gott om solstolar vid poolen.

Great home, perfect location and amenities!

This is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation with so many bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were very much appreciated and being right on the ocean was fantastic!

Perfect house for our group of 22 - 70-ish year olds!Pros: location, plenty of parking, lots of fridge space, plenty of dining table/chairs, comfortable beds, every BR (even the 2 walk through) has big bag of linens/towels/beach towels for 2 people comfortable living room for all, big kitchen with everything needed. (We brought an extra coffee maker and carafe) Pool and hot tub were perfect! Cons: could use a deep clean on house and sheets. Sliding doors hard to open, especially the screens, I’m sure the sea air takes a toll. Street side top floor bedrooms could use ceiling fans. Overall - the perfect house for a large group! Plenty of spaces to hang out, the beach is amazing, the grounds are well maintained. My group loved every minute of our stay!I would definitely recommend!

Perfect for large group

We had 13 adults and 2 dogs with plenty of space to spread out and never feel overly cramped in the space. The outdoor area was very nice and made for a great place to gather by the pool. The fact that the pool was heated was an excellent bonus!

Pine Point

Awesome location - nice and quiet. Not the zoo that is just to the south (Old Orchard Beach). Beautiful pool and clean hot tub. The rooms were all unique, so divvying them up amongst 20 parents/teens was slightly challenging. Great kitchen area and plenty of gathering space, inside and out. Walk through the tall grass to the sand beach - perfect.

Great House

The grounds were tremendous the pool was big and had plenty of chairs for all the guest we had. The kitchen is a cooks kitchen and was great for my sister who loves to cook. The downstairs had a big screen TV, pool table, air hockey, which kept the kids busy the one day it did rain. We ordered lobsters from around the corner and cooked them up for one of the nights and they had all the lobster pots we needed to feed 20 people. Great property, I hope to be back again.

Family Vacation

I rented this house as a Xmas gift to my 3 adult children and their families. 10 adults 7 children. I couldn't ask for a more perfect time as a family. Beach, pool, family dinners, so much space that younger kids had plenty of room. Huge yard for baseball, football and of course corn hole. Really nice firepit to make s'mores. Right on the trolly line if your interested in going to OOB pier. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation.

Perfect :)

Great Location. Deli & Restaurants within walking distance. 20 min drive to Portland. Short drive or bike ride to Trails. Beautiful quite beach. 2.4mi walk to Old Orchard Beach Pier. The house is very spacious with several sitting areas inside and outside. Accommodated 17 Adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, plating and glassware. Additional Refrigerator in the bar area a plus and also a wine fridge in the Kitchen. Great communication with hosts and caretaker visit for maintenance of the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful Location, Worn House

Pros: -Amazing location on a semi private and lighly populated section of beach -Great pool, lawn, and nice decks Cons: -The house is really run down; the interior smells of mold, and the rooms are dark and suffer from poor air flow -Lots of repairs needed; Lights were out or dimly lit, dishwasher door was broken, many locks including on bathroom or bedroom doors do not work, windows and fans have thick layers of dust that must've taken years to accululate, some bathroom doors do not close, there are exposed electrical wires and nails on the deck. The list of "fixes" needed for this place is long, so until the owners renovate significant portions of the house, I'd suggest looking elsewhere or expect to live in "frat house-like" conditions during your stay.

College Graduate Celebration

There was 16 of us who came to watch my daughter graduate from UNE! We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, pool table, foosball. We tried the pool but was a little cold. Great view to wake up to and enjoy drinking your coffee. We stayed 4 nights.

An amazing place!

Our group of fourteen 70+ folks had a wonderful time at this beachfront property. What's not to like? Ocean: check. Heated Pool: check. Hot Tub: check. We had separate bedrooms for each couple or singleton. Lots of deck space to hang out, and beautiful ocean views from the upper deck. The well-stocked kitchen kept us cooking every night. (It helped that one of our couples is from nearby and prepped some in advance.) We would definitely recommend this place and consider a return visit.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful family vacation. We had 17 adults & 6 children, plenty of space. The pool was a hit with all, as was the beach, we were surprised with how nice the beach was, nice sandy beach, we were thinking it would be rocky, but not at all. There is an amusement park right down the road, grocery stores not very far & good restaurants within walking distance. Portland was maybe 20 minutes away, the house is convenient to everything you would need. It was perfect for us, our only complaint would be either 2 outdoor grills or 1 big one, there was only 1 & wasn't very big for that big of a house, but we made due. We would definitely rent it again!

Perfect house for large family gathering

We loved your house. Location is great , with easy access to the beach and local attractions. Views from deck were amazing. Favorite spot to eat was the large outdoor dining table every day for lunch and dinner . Owners are super responsive to any questions and we loved all the attention the pool got (cleaning and chemical check due to extremely warm weather ) Thanks again
