We absolutely loved our stay here this past weekend. We only live a couple hours away but wanted a nice spot to stay for my husband's 40th birthday. When I say this condo is beautiful, that is an understatement! It is super easy to find, in a nice quiet location close to literally everything. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that they take pride in their property. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you may need. My favorite part was sitting on the lanai and watching the dolphins playing and fishing! Absolutely breathtaking!Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this with us, highly recommend on all aspects!!

Scott was very helpful when the fire alarm went off while we were at the pool. Our dog was terrified and at the door when we returned. We were going to watch the Tennessee football game. He was able to contact someone to fix the problem with a tall ladder. We were able to watch the game and we won. They are very good owners. We have stayed there before and they respond to concerns that happen quickly.

From the minute we opened the door to the unit, we were beyond excited with the beautiful accommodations, decor, cleanliness, phenomenal mast bathroom...then that view! We saw dolphins every morning and evening in the water and the sunsets were spectacular. The host was outstanding - highly communicative, organized, and responsive. Had 2 pools on property and small but effective gym. Great location! Highly recommend!

Very communicative owners who have furnished this beautiful condo with everything you could ever need. If you’ve forgotten something in your haste to get down to sunny FL, no worries, they’ve probably provided it. When coming to NSB, we used to book on the Oceanside. Yeah the beach was ok for evening walks and you could stare out at the ocean without really seeing anything. Here, you’re on the Indian River and you have a constant parade of mega yachts to kayaks going by, plus the joy of watching dolphins dueling it out with diving pelicans for whatever fish happen to be schooling thru. This property is a joy, convenient to everything in the area. We definitely plan on returning.
