This house location is central to the many outdoor adventures people flock to in the UP.  Perfect for family fun, couples’ romantic getaway, ski/snowmobile retreats (ride right from the house to trails only couple blocks away), fisherman/water sports, hunting, hiking, ATV rides, snowshoeing and many other activities for up to 8 guests! Pets welcome!

The home is located in a quiet, quant, old mining town surrounded by trees, privacy and wildlife. Start off your day enjoying the sauna or soaking in the hot tub, Finish your day under the stars in your private back yard by roasting marshmallows, with complimentary hot cocoa & apple cider, around the firepit.

Cozy Cottage is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. This updated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom offers 2 bedrooms on main floor, 1 large attic bedroom suite upstairs with private 1/2 bath, and a sauna on the screened-in porch in back. The master bedroom is connected to the Jack & Jill full bath.

The kitchen is furnished with appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, newer countertops, pots, blender, crock pot, pans, dishware, glasses, silverware, pantry items, seasonings and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy adult beverages? Wine glasses, cocktail glasses and a cocktail mixing set are also provided. Meals can be made in our fully stocked kitchen and shared together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue. If cooking isn't your thing, there are 2 great restaurants less than a mile away!

The living room has a 60" smart tv with a Roku. The main floor bedrooms each have a 40" smart tv. All beds are made with fresh, clean linens before each stay including bath towels.

You'll find many other comforts throughout the house. There is a large selection of DVDs, puzzles, books and games for a cozy night in. Prefer the outdoors? A fire pit with chairs, patio table, charcoal grill, grilling accessories and marshmallow sticks is available April through September. The sauna is located on an enclosed porch.

The EV 14-50 amp outlet is located on the side of the house at the end of the driveway. Bring your charger and enjoy charging while you sleep! Driveway on property can park up to 6 cars or 3 -4 truck/trailers in driveway and in front of house, depending on size.
