Maui Sunset A504, great location with peaks of the ocean! This 1bedroom/2bath condo offers the perfect getaway. Plenty of room for a small family or couples traveling together.

Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with private lanai. Take in a peaceful Maui morning while sipping your coffee, seating for four. The living space is inviting and the perfect place to unwind after of fun filled day on the island. With convertible queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and AC to keep cool anytime of year. There is also a twin Murphy bed for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is well equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. The eat up breakfast bar with seating for four allows for conversation. There is quaint dining area, also with seating for four.

Drift off for a restful nights sleep in this charming primary bedroom. With queen bed, crisp linens, ceiling fan and window AC. The ensuite bath has been beautifully update with a spa like feel with tiled showed and vanity area.

Guest bath is conveniently off the main living space, with shower. Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.

Maui Sunset is a great resort style property located in North Kihei. Enjoy the 5.5 acres of immaculately maintained ocean front grounds. Enjoy the BBQ grills, 60 foot tile swimming pool, hot tub, activities desk, putting green, shuffle board, tennis courts, and workout room. Seconds to the ocean and very family friendly.

Very nice grounds. There are few improvements needed. The furniture is worn and tired. The couch upholstery is worn through. Bed mattress could be better also.

The stay was better than expected. Unit had everything we needed was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Maui Sunset has exceptional grounds and pool area, thought the grass was artificial turf at first. Very well kept complex. Great location, perfectly central for heading out anywhere on the island. Thanks for a great time.

great location, great apartment

apartment looks exactly as on pictures (feels bigger on pictures though, but perfect size).great location right next to beach (small beach, stones in the water, but you can walk to a bigger stretch easily)apartment has all the things you need and then some (except for a bigger pot to cook pasta for a family of 3-4)great view towards the ocean, beautiful sunsets

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay in A504 during the month of February. The location was where we wanted to be as we could walk to the Pickleball Courts. The furniture and mattress could definitely be updated.

Great Spot

It was a really great spot for the price. The unit and facility were clean and well-kept. The grassy area was perfect for kids to have some room to roam around safely. The only slight issue we had was with the late check out process but we would definitely book again.

Great Place to stay

My husband and I had a wonderful time. I was right in the middle of all the activities that we did. The complex had a nice pool and Jacuzzi. The grounds are beautiful. Our condo had everything that we needed.. we will definitely come back.

It really is the Maui sunset

Condo has a great bbq area, herb garden, tennis courts, pool, hot tub, and opens to a park and beach where you can see the most beautiful sunset every night. The unit has in-unit washer and dryer, a sizable lanai, and a good sized room. I loved the Murphy bed, since it has a true twin mattress instead of the folding mattresses. Coffee maker, stove, water boiler were all in working order. Plates and bowls etc for 4, pots and pans in good condition.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and clean facility. Whole place is family friendly and beautiful gardens.Minor gripe with specific unit -1) TV and cable modem were all unplugged 2) Admin office had no records of our stay Major gripe - main room Air conditioner manual timer is not good for sleeping. Suggestion - louvre on front door (as with other units) and security grill on bedroom window would allow for great breezes through the unit and less aircon which seems to be the owners concern.Will look for another unit next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Old furniture and kitchen wares, door of the room for the washer and dryer not possible to open safely, safety box not working. No bed sheets for the sofa bed when we got to the apart at night so we had to call and wait for them; even with a late checkout, our door number was disabled after 10 so when returning from the beach at 4h30 we had to call to get a new one and it was stressful as we had a plane to take...we cannot imagine if the office would have been closed what would have happened. No clear and real emergency number to call outside of business hours...

Review for Maui sunset 504 A

This will located updated property had a lot of potential. Unfortunately Coldwell Banker the property manager is extremely poor. There are several minor maintenance items that I called into them on the first day we were there. It took them three days to respond and then they said they would take care of one of them the following week when we had left. Master BR has bad AC leak, dripping into the wall, causing buckling. Alerted Eddie @ Coldwell Banker; he did nothing. Also there are no pots in unit to cook with, Advised couldn’t get it till next week

Check in was a breeze, the place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The unit was stocked with paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, laundry, dish soap and bath soap. There was no need to go out and purchase any of those items. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool as well. Will definitely stay there agin. Hopefully next fall break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this place as our 1 spot to stay for our whole vacation and were happy we did it. We're a young couple who wanted to explore a bit of everything and Kihei is one of the best options. The unit is up on the 5th floor with a view of the ocean on one side. The a/c worked well in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was very nice to cook in and it had most things. I asked the management company if there was a coffee grinder and they brought one same day. The unit provided only a few dishwasher pods for our 10 night stay and it was up to us to buy more. They should include that in the listing. Make sure you bring cooking oil too. We used the beach chairs provided from the unit almost daily. Beautiful lanai, well kept grounds, and we would 100% come back to this place.

This side of the two blocks is surely the best one, as you get sun on the balcony. What we did not like, that some of the windows from the outside were too dirty and have not been cleaned for long, and the fan in the bathroom has a grid which is very dusty and needs to be changed. for someone allergic to dust, that is not good and I felt it whenever I needed to be there.Everything else - just great. The kitchen has good tools/equipment and the very few things we missed, we just bought and left there. As most people do so, there are many things you would not expect to find them in a condo, which is good.Also nice, that beach chairs, beach towels/mat and umbrella are part of this deal.

Perfect location

We spent a lot of time visiting family in Paia, this property was conveniently located with an easy 20 minute drive to the north shore. The condo was clean and updated, grounds were clean and staff very friendly. Fun to watch the pickle ball matches that take place in park in front of the complex, we even got a free lesson from one of the local players.
