This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the heart of Naples is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Conveniently located near Airport Pulling Rd and Pine Ridge, you’ll be close to shops, dining, gyms, and everyday essentials like Target and grocery stores — plus just minutes from the beach.

With 1,660 sq. ft. of living space, this second-floor condo is designed for both comfort and convenience:

- Master Suite: King-size bed with private bathroom and shower.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin top — perfect for kids or extra guests.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with plenty of closet space.
- Living Area: Large living room, open dining space, and a bar-style kitchen setup for easy entertaining.
- Lanai: Covered, screened-in lanai where you can sip morning coffee or unwind in the evenings.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, tenants will have access to the amenities at Saturnia Lakes, just a 15-minute drive away. There you can enjoy the pool area, sauna, gym, and tennis courts. A key fob will be provided for convenient entry.

Please Note: Commercial trucks are not permitted in the parking area to help maintain a quiet, enjoyable atmosphere.

Great stay, centrally located

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who would like to be near great restaurants/bars/beach. The neighborhood was nice and the space was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened-in porch room. Very pleased overall with our stay.

Lovely condo, clean and convenient

The condo offered a lot of room, lots of storage space and was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. It was in walking distance to the tennis facility our daughter was attending. The host answered all our questions in timely matter. Great stay!

Tennis tournament

The condo was complete with many amenities and was very convenient. Dejan was responsive to my requests for information. He offered access to a pool and hot tub. The TV was a little hard to operate and it was difficult to find network programming. The overall experience was very pleasant and extremely convenient.

Wonderful experience

Ça The apartment is very beautiful, the beddings are very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are very well equiped so that it made our stay very comportable. Proud father, husband, and entrepreneur. We relocated from New York to Naples in 2012 and have been soaking up the sunshine in Florida ever since.

We reside near the condo we rent out, surrounded by our beloved pets, including a couple of Dobermans and a few cats. It's clear we have a passion for animals. Additionally, we take great joy in hosting guests in our beautifully designed condo, created to offer a warm welcome.

Centrally located and close to everything, our property is just 10 minutes away from Mercato, the hub of nightlife, and near Seagate Beach, other beautiful beaches, and downtown's 5th Avenue. Everything you need for a memorable stay is conveniently accessible.

Our property features three spacious bedrooms, a peaceful lanai, and an open-plan living and dining area connected to a kitchen with a bar, perfect for entertaining or enjoying family time. It's also kid-friendly, with one room equipped with a bunk bed and TV. Full cable and Netflix are included for your entertainment. Just a 10-minute drive from the stunning Seagate Beach, take Pine Ridge west past the luxurious Waterside Shops outdoor mall. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet and serene.
