Heart of it All- with free off street parking!
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. Home is located just a few minutes from I49, Youree Dr., Line Ave, and downtown Shreveport. Walking distance to the mall or to Centenary College. This is an older home with a mixture of some original features as well as some modern touches. There is parking in the rear of the home which is also shared with the other unit. The large windows overlooking the historical neighborhood are our fav!
