Great place for a family get away!

Check in/out super easy, had everything we needed in the kitchen, super light and bright rooms and bathrooms. Pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach! We would rent again!

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and the secluded back pool area was a great place to relax and hang out! And it's a very short walk to the beach.

Great Place

Clean property and cute inside. The location was fantastic and very quiet area. The pool was lovely and the sound of the waterfall was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent home, neighborhood and management!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation on Anna Maria Island! The pool/spa was a lovely quiet retreat in the backyard. The home had 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon provided that made enjoying Bean Point Beach even easier— what a nice touch! The home was clean, newly remodeled following the hurricane and well-stocked. We had a few things missing that were included in the property listing and the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful.,dropping off this items within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Love it!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The pool and backyard were our favorite part of the house by far. The walk to the beach took maybe five minutes and was super easy if you head right out of the driveway. The water and beach are gorgeous! The house itself has your basics. If you plan to cook a lot you’ll want to check the pots and pans. There’s lots of sitting areas to hang out though. You’re within easy access of food and shopping too. Our only issue was that the beds were not super comfortable. They weren’t unbearable just hard to find a comfy way to sleep. Even with that, we will definitely stay in this house again!

Loved it!

Great location in a quiet area. Easy walk to beaches and Pine Ave. The house was clean and the checkin-in/check-out process was simple. I do wish they would provide coffee filters since one never knows what will be needed.

Family trip to Anna Maria

We desires to stay at the north side of the island and this house was great. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great for our family. We really enjoyed the pool which had both shade and Sun throughout the day. It was very close to beach access which we appreciated and a short bike ride to Pine Ave where the food/shopping action was. The house was older but very comfy and relaxing.

Lovely stay

Comfortable and spacious home with all the utilities in a quiet neighborhood and 5 min walk from a beautiful beach. Only criticism was the worn out mattress in the master bedroom and a not very clean pool on arrival.

Highly recommend Anna Maria Accomadations as the vacation rental experience. Staff is great. The whole week was just such a pleasure. Will be returning soon, if not on a permanent basis!

The property is located perfectly on the island. The house was very spacious. We did have a plumbing issue that we complained about and that wasn’t ever addressed so that was disappointing and there were only two usable beach chairs for a house that holds 8 but overall a great experience

Great Location and quiet

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is listed accurately on VRBO. Very easy walk to the beach and the bay. Close to breakfast and dinner options. The home was very clean on arrival. Hot water for the showers is an issue as reported in a couple of other review not due to everyone taking a shower close to the same time but more of the actual temperature of the water.

Wonderful vacation home

House is adorable. Convenient one level living. The pool and surrounding landscaping were beautiful and very private and we spent hours in it. 2 minute walk to fantastic beach. House was extremely clean. Nice bathrooms. Well equipped with starter toiletries, bath & beach towels, laundry machine, beach wagon and beach chairs, etc. We loved the super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to so many things - bay, piers, cafes, shopping. Property mgmt company was very professional and on top of things. We loved everything!! p.s. kitchen sink needs a new faucet or a repair.

Old house

This is an old house, with an old house smell. The back yard/pool area is nice and we enjoyed the heated pool. The house was ok, but dont expect much. There was hardly enough blankets for the beds and not even a single throw blanket around. The master shower does not get hot enough and a dresser in the master so we could unpack our suitcases sure would have been nice. We've stayed at alot of Airbnbs and this one probably had the least amount of supplies as any of them. There was not even salt and pepper, not one seasoning or coffee filters. It was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. But overall i wouldn't recommend.

We will never stay here again or go through the rental agency. Dishonest and immoral!

Three weeks before we got there the red tide rolled in. They knew it was the worst one yet and they knew it was predicted to stay for quite a while. No one even bothered to let us know and give us a choice. We would have paid the cancellation fee and went elsewhere. Then when we get there the agency tries to convince us it's safe to get in the water. We had to find out that it wasnt through others. And my daughter developed respiratory symptoms. We only got on the beach twice and it was when we drove to Clearwater. It was an hour and a half one way. That's alot of extra money we didnt budget for. As for the house, it was pretty nice...except since we couldnt get on the beach we at least had the pool. Nope, not for 2 days. It was green when we arrived and couldnt get in for the chemicals. It was supposed to be heated we had to beg to get that turned on. The ac was controlled by them! Having hot flashes, 72 doesnt do it for me at night. We told them we kept it on 75 during the day and just needed it lower at night. They didnt care. The wooden valance fell off the window onto my husband's head giving him a migraine. The fridge was gross and rusted and smelled of fish...but so did everything! We tried to get a refund when we got there so we could go elsewhere and they wouldnt give it. I will say the owners gave us 20% back for the gas mileage to Clearwater but who wants to drive 1.5 hours one way to the beach every day. Point is they knew and could have warned us but didnt bother! Never again!
