Luxurious Large Studio overlooking 30A nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach

New Listing!
Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

It was okay. No access to even walk the beach unless we drove to the public access or walked 20 minutes due to the boardwalk under construction. Way too cold for swimming but we wanted to get on the beach and at least see the beach. Would have been nice to a K-cup or two for a morning coffee but at least the Starbucks was close enough. Overall it was okay but I need to verify things before I book.

Perfect studio for my wife and I in very convenient location, right in the middle Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We did not have to use our vehicle a single time during our 4 night stay. Pretty much everything you need is in a 0.5 mile radius of this location. Tram service to take you to/from the beach picks up in the back by the pool, which was convenient, but the deeded beach access that comes along with this rental is only about a 0.25 mile walk, 5-7 min away. Convenience store and other shops and restaurants located on ground level was an added bonus.

Our family has been coming to 30A for summer vacations for many years. Once we became empty nesters, we decided to look for a place to purchase along 30A. We fell in love with the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach areas, and our unit is located between the two areas.
