Right in the middle of all the fun on the east end of 30A, the Villages of South Walton is located between the iconic coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Walk or bike everywhere you want to go!!! The shops and restaurants in Rosemary are less than a 5 minute walk away! Top floor, corner unit. One of the largest condos in the community. Community pool is heated year round, free tram to deeded beach. In addition, nothing beats relaxing on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool.

Once you arrive at "The Abbey", you can literally put away your car keys until your vacation is over. Everything you can possibly need or want is just a beautiful short walk or bike ride away.

-5 min walk to Sunset Beach/designated beach access (0.2 Miles)
-5 min walk to dining/shopping at Rosemary Beach (0.2 Miles) or 10 min walk to Alys Beach (0.5 Miles)
-Walk or bike to tennis at Rosemary Beach Raquet Club (0.4 Miles) or Alys Beach Tennis (0.6 Miles)

Loved this condo. It was our first time in the area but the location seemed perfect. Overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. We walked most places for meals or coffee or drinks, and at most were a 10 minute drive to other places we wanted to go. The host was great; couldn’t have been easier logistically.Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thanks!

The host was great and excellent communication through out the process. Location was perfect and being in the corner end of the building, 3rd flr - front thru back was the best, we wanted peace. Perfect spot for my family.

Perfect space and location!

A lovely condo, great pool and awesome location without being too loud...and we were there during senior spring break! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice (soft sheets and pillows!). The location is walkable to Rosemary and Alyce. The pool is so close to this condo. Security is on premises most of the time and keeping the pool regulated. The only downside is parking on a very busy weekend when people can drive in...although we never had to go too far for a spot!

Excellent stay!!

I loved this condo and the area. Everything within walking distance and a lovely condo to hang out in when the weather is chilly. Jeff was a wonderful host. Very responsive and fantastic to work with. Everything was covered nicely from beach access to restaurant recommendations. Thank you Jeff for such a nice stay!!

Perfect!

Rental is in a great location. Convenient to many restaurants, shops and the beach too! The rental was well equipped and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

We booked The Abbey for a mother/daughter get away and this spot was more than perfect! The place was just as described, Jeff was beyond accommodating and great with communication the whole time. The property was clean and easily accessible for our morning walks, beach access, restaurants, and the pool! We would most certainly rent again! Added bonus was that the place was extremely dog friendly!

Perfect.

Aside from the property being clean and centrally located, Jeff’s communication was top notch. The space was perfect for our group (2 couples, 3 teenage girls, and 110 year old boy). Highly recommend this property and I would trust that any of Jeff’s other properties would come with the same hospitality and cleanliness.

Amazing Stay! Excellent location

Location is amazing, everything is at your doorstep in the Rosemary/Alys beach area. Had plenty of space for our family of 5 with room for more if needed. Condo and property is very well kept and our kids enjoyed the pool when not at the beach.

Great spot in Seacrest for families

This was the perfect spot for our family with three young kids. We enjoyed the kids pool and being able to walk/stroll to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Jeff was a wonderful host - excellent communication and property just as described in the listing.

The best vacation rental I’ve ever had

Truly a 5 star experience. Could not give a more glowing review of the property and Jeff as a host. The condo was beautiful, clean, had all the amenities, and had a great location. Jeff could always easily be reached and made the experience incredible. One of the best vacations I’ve ever had!

Exceptional Vacation Spot!!

From the moment I made the reservation Jeff provided exceptional service! This condo was not only beautiful and spacious but the location can’t be beat!! My son and I took a last minute vacation and this condo was incredibly spacious, clean and decorated beautifully!!! The location was absolutely perfect! Minutes to Starbucks, shops grocery store and more, just a short walk to the beach!! Jeff also provided beach chairs, umbrella and other much needed supplies! This condo has it all and just a few steps to all the shops, restaurants! We loved our short walk to the beach and enjoyed the serenity of 30A as we did!!! We will be staying again in the near future!!

Great Place to Stay

This condo is beautiful and is in a great location. Shops, restaurants, bike rentals and evening concerts are all a short walking distance from this unit. It is also within walking distance to Seacrest beach or you can take a tram. There is a tram stop close to the condo and the tram runs frequently. As for the condo, it is spacious, very quiet and had everything we needed to accommodate all the age ranges in our group. In addition, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. I definitely would stay here again and will recommend this condo to family and friends.

Beautifully decorated condo on the top floor (3rd floor) of a small condo building with elevator. Very central to everything this area has to offer. Awesome host. Super responsive. Well maintained home. Comfortable for a long term stay.

Location was everything on this place!! Being close to all the shops, bike rentals, beach access was easy, restaurants, you name it! Condo was super spacious for all our teens. Everything we needed for the week plus more was there. Including extra stuff for the beach. We had groceries delivered to the door and that was super easy. Owner was super helpful and very accommodating. I give this place a 10/10, we would definitely stay here again!!

I am also a host on Turo and own/rent many cars in 30A so I am very familiar with traveler's needs and taking care of customers, as I am an All Star Host with a 5 star rating!

Simply walk downstairs to rent bikes, get a Starbucks coffee or have a margarita at happy hour; Or maybe decide to browse the selection of quaint on-site beach boutiques and restaurants.

Want to do the same in Rosemary or Ally's beach, then add a 5 minute breezy gorgeous stroll and you are right in Rosemary beach enjoying their dining and shopping!

This condos location is unbeatable and nothing short of luxury and fun central. The Villages is within walking distance of the perfect Gulf beach sands and the happening communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach! With a simple stroll full of gorgeous scenery east you are enjoying Rosemary and the same west and you find yourself in Allys beach community.

This elegant condo also provides a good balance between accessibility and seclusion with plenty to offer the romantic getaway, fun group trip, or family vacation.

You can even be at Seaside via a 10 minute ride down the beautiful 30A!

You simply cannot find a better location.
