Chic, Welcoming Townhouse with Private Patio

Welcome to our quiet townhome nestled in the heart of Westerville. You'll find yourself enjoying the spacious and well-designed space with you in mind. From the back patio with a small garden, and chairs to enjoy while you sip your morning coffee to the cozy bright living room with blankets for you to nestle up and watch your favorite shows. This is a two bedroom one full bath townhome with a private entrance and completely yours for your time here. We look forward to having you!

The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. Otterbein University and Uptown Westerville are a 10-12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. The townhouse itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors.

Columbus is an easy-driving city, you are max 25 min from almost everything Columbus has to offer. Guests are assigned one parking space. If additional parking is needed there is plenty of extra parking along Crescent Drive and Electric Ave. There is also a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.

This place was a perfect place to stay in the middle of the state. From there we did day trips to Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati and Cleveland.

This is my second visit to this lovely property. Terrific and timely communication woth the host, comfortable, cozy beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is close to everything but has a more suburban feel becuse its so quiet! Our host went above and beyond and dropped off a small cooler for our day trips around the state so that we didn't have to buy one and leave it behind. When I'm in the Metro Columbus area I don't know that I'd ever stay anywhere else now!

Clean, comfy, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The bed was SO comfy, as was the couch. It’s well located to the quaint town of Westerville as well to the interstate. Our host was a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway in Columbus

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. We came to town to visit the zoo and other local attractions. The place was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed to relax and rest at the end of the day.

Family Getaway

My family and I stayed here as we were visiting Legoland and the Columbus Zoo. It was 10min from Legoland and 20 from the zoo. Drive was easy, and there is a cute little town right down the street with amazing food and shopping. Stay was very comfortable and clean

great location, cute home

This was perfect for our group, in town for an art therapy residency at Otterbein. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans, the couch is big and comfy, the washing machine came in handy, the coffee maker is plenty large :) and the beds were really comfy! Thanks so much <3

Good Stay!

We had a bit of an issue on check-in, but it was handled effectively. The unit was exactly as advertised, appointed well, clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I defintely recommend this property.

Nice place for a getaway

The property was clean and in great shape. Anything you needed was right there. We were there on what felt like the coldest day all winter. The porch and the town looked like it would be so much fun when the weather is warm.

We loved staying there.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. We were there over Christmas, and a wreath and Christmas doormat greeted us. The unit included all the cooking accessories needed for us to make a breakfast brunch on Christmas day and sides we took to a Christmas dinner with our family. The place was close to everything....grocery stores, discount stores, restaurants, etc. We will definitely request to stay there again.

Fantastic all around

Can’t say enough about how convenient our stay was in this beautiful Westerville condo. The owner was super response and helpful. The location was great, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus and the back patio is a fun place to relax. Thanks so much!

Great place in Westerville!

My family of four stayed here for a week and it was the perfect place for us. The place was very clean and comfortable. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to have what you would expect. The beds were great and we slept really well. I appreciated the drawers, hangers, etc to store clothing. And the snacks were a very nice touch! Highly recommend!

Great location

Kitchen doors won't stay shut. Bathroom cabinet door loose light bulb out. Stairs are very loud, no going down without waking partner. Beds very comfortable and nice fan available because upstairs is warm.
