Villa Harriet has a childproof, separate area. In this area, small children can neither access the Splendor Canal nor the pool area, since this area can be locked. In this area, protected from the sun and not visible to neighbors, there are comfortable seating areas and sun loungers and a large sun umbrella.

Villa Harriet is located on a canal plot in an absolutely south-facing position with a wonderful view.

Music can be streamed in the lanai and in the living room, photos can be viewed together via AppleTV. Due to the southern exposure, you can eat comfortably at any time. There is a gas grill and a very large selection of dishes, cutlery, glasses, many pots (also for large groups), many pans, kitchen appliances, kettles, mixers, good kitchen knives and other cooking utensils in a large selection.

A new washing machine and a new giant dryer are available in the laundry. In the whole house and in the lanai as well as around the pool, travertine was chosen as the floor covering. The entire house was renovated.
