Excellent stay in a quiet area with a nice park nearby! The place was comfortable and I would definitely go back. The Mexican restaurant by the park was fantastic.Tiny notes for the host: the cooking pans could use an update and the couches are showing their age, but nothing that took away from a great stay. This was our 2nd stay at the Clarkdale House. We love its central location to all things in the area. Close to Jerome, downtown Cottonwood and the many wineries of the area. Charming house with great hosts.

We have stayed many locations across the verde valley and loved this sweet spot for sweet location adjacent to all our favorite places- cottonwood, downtown Clarkdale, Jerome, Page springs/sedona. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the special touches done to create such a lovely space. So comfortable, fully functional/supplied kitchen, everything operational and fresh, welcoming linens and towels. Communication up front was clear and prepared us for expectations for our stay, and ensured easy entry and any updates throughout our time. We loved it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space to share with travelers.

Clarkdale Park View

This little house was just perfect for us while we stayed in Clarkdale. We loved the park view and convenience of the location. Our hosts responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful little house

This house was a great location for us to be able to shoot out to other areas for day trips. The house was perfect for us. Very clean! Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in the area!

Lovely Cottage

This is a special place to stay! The owners obviously strive to ensure that guests are comfortable. Such a beautiful renovation of this historic house! There is an abundance of special touches that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. This cottage, and the town of Clarkdale, are a charming and interesting place to stay, and within an easy drive to all of the other interesting places in this area of Arizona. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Our stay at the historic Clarkdale home was awesome. The house is very quaint and charming. I love the wood floors and tin ceilings. Perfect size for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Nice updated kitchen and bathroom. Temperature easy to control with the digital thermostat. We really enjoyed the park across the street, and meeting the friendly dog-walking locals. Very quiet and peaceful at night, so relaxing. The location was great - centrally located for activities in Sedona, Jerome and Cottonwood.

Time in Clarkdale

This property was ideal for my older mother while she was looking for a local house to buy. Best location in Clarkdale, right in the heart of the town. Perfect access to the Railroad, Kayaking, Sedona and the local wine culture. Historic house that has been meticulaously remodeled with all expected amenities.

Perfect get away for 2!

This house is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood. It has been updated to a modern, comfortable bungalow. The king size bed provides a good night's sleep. It's a short drive to Jerome, the Verde Canyon Railway, Tuzigoot, and the fun of Cottonwood. I'd highly recommend this host and the facility
