Colonial 4 is a stunning luxury home nestled along the Meadows Golf Course. This premier home is in the perfect location and is ideal for multi-family vacations, work retreats, and so much more.

Colonial 4 is a 3800 sq. foot home, with 6 bedrooms with 6.5 baths all with their own private bath. The sixth bedroom doubles as a large bonus room with a queen-sized Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper. The upstairs bonus room is lockable for privacy and boasts its own bathroom and fireplace for an added treat! This home is perfect for those who prefer not to navigate stairs. There is only one step into the entryway and there are two master king bedrooms on the first floor that are equipped with walk-in showers. The remaining 4 bedrooms (including the 6th bedroom/bonus room) are upstairs, all with their own bathrooms with walk-in showers. One also has a large soaking tub for those much-needed relaxing baths after a long day.

This spacious home has a large living room and dining room downstairs with a beautiful colonial-style fireplace separating the two. Equipped with ceiling-to-floor windows, you will not be disappointed by the stunning view of the Meadows Golf Course. Whether you are sitting on the patio furniture during the summer months or in the living room in the winter, the view will not disappoint.

This home is air-conditioned so you can beat the summer heat!

If you love to cook, this kitchen if for you. This well-designed, well-appointed kitchen is very spacious and ideal for cooking those special family dinners. The open floor plan is ideal for any family gathering.

The large outdoor deck has an enclosed private hot tub, perfect for star gazing at night. While the parents sit and relax in the hot tub, the kids can play pool or ping pong, both located in the garage. The garage also has 6 bikes for you to use and enjoy more than 30 miles of bike paths here in Sunriver.

Colonial 4 easily sleeps 14 and comes with 14 SHARC UNLIMITED passes so you and your family can visit the SHARC, the Marina, and play tennis or pickleball.

Beautiful house. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathroom. Didn't have a chance to cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. The hot tub worked well and there were lots of extra towels. Really appreciated the big driveway. The pool table and ping pong tables were a nice bonus too.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Great summer vacation house

My large family (12 ppl) had a great time here! Everyone loved having their own bathroom. We appreciated the bbq on the deck and loved riding the bikes in the garage. Great location close to the village. Super quiet neighborhood and overall very relaxing.

Great for a big group

We had two families stay and the house was perfect for us to have plenty of room and for the teenagers to have their own space upstairs. We were a bit disappointed that the hot-tub was totally enclosed indoors, but we still enjoyed relaxing in it. The location is perfect for going to the lodge and the village.

Perfect Vacation House!

What a great family getaway at a great house. This house is lovely, clean and in a quiet neighborhood right on the golf course. We absolutely loved all being together during the day, yet..each of us were pleased to have our own private rooms and bathrooms during the night. Bikes, Ping Pong and the Hot Tub were added bonuses! Will definitely stay again..

Colonial 4 Sunset Lodging Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bikes are in dis-repair, worn tires, some were flat, no tire patch kit or air pump available at the house, I had to fix the brake cable on a couple of the bikes. Pool table, Ping pong table are good to go. We did not use the jacuzzi, it looked like it was in great shape and ready to use. Pots and pans are in serious need of replacement, very old and worn out. Kitchen microwave has this silly hard to find “open door” button on the digital panel that you must select, then use the manual push to open button! Need to buy a modern user-friendly microwave. Kitchen refrigerator kept going into alarm for the freezer being warm, loud chirping noise, after the doors had been closed for a long time, the only way to stop the alarm was to cycle the refer circuit breaker. This refrigerator is not big enough to support four couples and a kid; we had to use ice chests to keep our sodas, waters, beers and juices cold. Need to have a garage refrigerator. There was no kitchen surface cleaning product, we had to buy some to keep the surfaces clean. Backyard patio bricks along the edge are loose and fall off the ledge of the foundation when you step on them, causing a trip/fall hazard, very dangerous and needs immediate attention before someone gets seriously hurt. FYI! The door for the laundry room/half bathroom does not lock for privacy.

The location was great - just 1/2 mile to the village and SHARC - and an easy bike ride to Fort Rock Park for pickleball. We were short on towels in one bathroom. The management company staff was friendly and delivered towels within the hour. I would highly recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home accommodated a large group very comfortably , large kitchen, large rooms, beds where alittle harder than expected but over all the place was super nice
