This high quality house is situated on a very sunny plot. The terrace offers a beautiful view over the valley and sunshine until late in the evening. In this wildlife-rich area often hares, capercaillies, deer and elk roam. Within walking distance you can reach the village of Hovden, which offers, among other things, a swimming area, ice rink, restaurants, stores, boat rental, fishing license sales and much more. In wintertime Hovden's downhill and cross-country skiing tracks are very popular with skiers. In summer, there are countless hiking trails, some of which are even accessible with strollers/wheelchairs. The ski lift operates year-round. Otherwise, there are many mountain lakes for swimming and fishing.
