TOFINO ESCAPE: Perfectly located in the town of Tofino, this is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental. This stunning home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area that leads off to an outdoor deck with a private hot tub, surfboard rack and outdoor seating.



You will be greeted by a large modern entryway with ample space for your group to unload luggage during your arrival. Just off the entryway there is a queen bedroom and down the hall is a shared bathroom. Upstairs there are two king bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that can be shared and both king bedrooms have a patio close by to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs also has an office nook furnished with a desk perfect for those that need to get some work done while travelling. The home offers a washer and dryer which becomes very handy for longer stays or after many beach visits!



This home is perfect for those who enjoy walking in town where some of the best restaurants and shops are located. Shelter restaurant, is close by, one of the locals favorite. There is a newly paved bike path that takes you to all the beaches Tofino has to offer. Perfect location for those who want to leave the car at home!



***On-Site Caretaker Suite – Tofino Bylaw: Please note that, in accordance with Tofino Bylaws for licensed vacation rentals, a long-term tenant resides on the property in a separate caretaker suite. This requirement helps support the local community by ensuring that long-term housing remains available for people who live and work in Tofino. Guests have full and private access to the entire vacation rental they have booked. The only shared area is the driveway/parking area. The caretaker has their own separate living space, so guests can still enjoy the privacy and comfort of the vacation rental throughout their stay.

Host Rules:

Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.

Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed (with owner's approval).

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.

Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was neat, clean, and definitely met our expectations. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything in Tofino, and an easy jump off point to the many excursions in the area. The communication with our host was excellent, and we appreciated the text check ins during our visit.

Great accommodation, new, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for our large family. We enjoyed having the hot tub as well. The place is less than a 5 min walk to restaurants, shops and harbours. 10 mins drive to beaches. We loved it!

Great stay. The hot tub was a necessity after long hikes every day. It is close enough to everything in town to walk so no parking fees.

Awesome stay!

The property was clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the hot tub and the location was great! We were able to walk to local restaurants and gift shops. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with essentials. It was a quiet area and the beds were very comfortable. It was a beautiful, pet friendly rental and we would definitely love to return!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in to the time we left. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy with two small children. The location is fabulous, and every detail including the hot tub made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. We loved it and will be back to Tofino and would stay there again and again! Felt like a home away from home!

This is by far one of our most loved places to stay. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent. We are big Tofino fans and it is our go to place living on the island. I would highly recommend this rental to any family our a few responsible couples that are looking for some surf and down time. Hosts are amazing, accommodating and very friendly.

Very nice, new modern home within walking distance to everything in Tofino. We walked to the beach, to bear watching, to restaurants, to the grocery store.House has everything you need for cooking, beds were comfortable, hot tub was great. It took a minute to figure out how to watch cable tv but we got it done in time to watch the World Cup.My only compliant is that locking the front door when you leave is a little tricky. Otherwise, it was perfect place to stay in Tofino.
