We would like to clarify one important point regarding the broken furniture mentioned in your review. The bed was damaged during your stay, and once we were notified, our maintenance team responded and repaired it that same morning. We take maintenance concerns seriously and make every effort to address issues promptly when they occur. We have also reviewed the concerns regarding the furnishings and condition of the condo. While some of the photos posted with this review focus very closely on individual areas and do not, in our opinion, represent the overall condition of the furnishings or condo, we do appreciate the specific feedback. Items such as the freezer racks, A/C return and cabinetry will be inspected and addressed as necessary. This is an individually owned vacation rental, and it is not advertised as a luxury or newly remodeled property. Our listing photos are intended to give guests an accurate representation of the condo, its furnishings and décor so they can determine whether it is the right fit before booking. We certainly understand that every guest has different expectations when choosing accommodations.
